木脑壳的一根筋压码英语学习楼

昨天参加完高强度的辅导旁听,写完旁听日记已经快3点了,今天累残了>.< 晚上决定适当放松下,减低强度。主要在论坛上看帖子,将关于压码深度听清的孙老师的以及一些学员日记的相关内容整理了,重点是调整呼吸的内容。内容太多,就不贴上了,整理成相关的小文档,便于查找,精华啊精华^_^ 边看帖子边开着网络电台当背景音乐,眼睛和耳朵都不能闲着。

然后试着练习了一下。先测试吸气时候,大概在10到15个短句子之间,数不清楚....呼气差些,大概10个左右。但是感觉很紧张,憋气比较厉害。想按照学友们说的那些方法练习,但是不知怎么的,就是很紧张,有时甚至两三次吸气就紧张的大喘气。我知道强行练下去效果也不会很好,就试着换种方法躺在床上放松,边放松边慢慢体会腹式呼吸。体会轻轻吸一点气,腹部稍微鼓起,然后做假呼气(不出气,但有那种呼气的感觉),腹部稍微收缩,不断循环。呼气也如此,但感觉“假吸气”对我来说似乎更容易些。体会了一段时间后,趁还没有睡着^_^ 赶紧起来再练习,还是没有听录音,用各种姿势体会腹式呼吸,延长吸气和呼气的周期,终于找到了些感觉,能慢慢的控制住呼吸了。

因为这种呼吸方式一般我都是没用过,就很不习惯,习惯了就好了.

补日记两则:

今天练习时间不长,主要还是练习压码深度听清的呼吸练习。
在昨天的基础上,放松之后,呼吸周期变长了一些。练习一段时间后,拿具体的语音测试了一下,就是3册2课,大概是3分4秒。一个语音要花2个呼吸周期才能完成,不算很好,但是比起昨天还是进步了些。用200%的速度就能在一个呼吸周期内听完了,很爽^_^而且语音在耳边变得非常的清晰,不用刻意去听就能听得很清晰。
但是关于多重压码,压码几个句子等深度练习还没有进行,有时间继续练习。

这几天都忙坏了,不过还是赶上了今晚的辅导:压码模仿。虽然过程是波折重重,重重波折,一波三折,三折一波,辅导时间也不算长。但作为唯一从头到尾没有掉过线的学员,本人算是今晚听课和练习最全面的人了。稍微总结一下:

本次的练习音频文件还是3册2课,主要内容有三个方面:1、一口气40句;2、腹部呼吸;3、压码模仿。
1、一口气40句:
    测试结果:在10句。
    练习要点:深吸一口气,气息顶在头顶,读10几20句左右后气息开始慢慢向下游走,全身放松,感受到气息由上而下地运动。
    练习结果:都在30句左右,当场并未达到40句。分析原因,主要是放松做的不是很好,还需练习。
2、腹部呼吸:
    准备练习:练习快速的5个音节“DDDDD”,要求高速、清晰而富有弹性。
    练习要点:通过朗读时腹部的一张一缩进行自然的呼吸,而并不靠有意识的鼻腔呼吸(造成朗读的中断),达到一口气朗读1000句甚至无限朗读的效果。
    练习结果:找到节奏感之后,比较轻松,但是朗读时读音和清晰度还存在问题,但腹部呼吸基本掌握。
3、压码模仿:
    准备:软件的调整设置,自由英语短句功能,断句参数设置为25dB和250ms,这样的设置断句为77个,与文本的断句比较类似,比较自然。也可以将断句参数设置为20dB和200ms,这样的设置断句为44个左右,断句与文本相比并不准确,但是却有利于练习多重压码和连环朗读的压码练习。
    练习要点:每一句模仿朗读40遍左右,可以边读边矫正发音,语气等,熟练之后可以注意比如爆发力,音色,连贯性,节奏感,圆润等方面的问题。当然还可以练习多重压码,连环朗读等内容。注意整个语音的模仿练习使用腹部呼吸,一口气练习,尽量不要停顿,语音下压。
    练习结果:前半部分跟着老师一起练习,后半部分自己练习完成。矫正发音和语气,节奏感等方面还不错。但是腹部呼吸做的不是很好,在按F8切换的时候老是造成停顿。还有多重压码和连环朗读练习也没有加入。需要在以后的练习中再慢慢注意和练习了。

总结:三个练习的方法都基本掌握,但是练习都不是很到位,还要花时间多多练习。还有就是cereal的发音怎么也无法矫正,很伤脑筋,用超慢速的听,音都听得很清晰,就是没有办法发出来   -_-!!!   到目前为止,我已经旁听了两节课,将压码听清,压码抄写,压码注音和压码模仿都大概了解和练习过了,关于矫正发音的内容基本学习完成了。接下来就是压码跟读,憧憬着跟着广播和电视不停跟读几个小时,会是什么感觉呢^_^

睡懒觉,打扫,购物,星期天半天就过去了...下午快4点的时候又有机会参加旁听朗读拓展训练。可惜由于网络问题,杂音非常大,而刚开始听写的时候音频又出现问题-_-!!! 总算解决后才开始听写没有几句又碰到突发事件>.< 唉...7点多回来课也结束了,郁闷。但是事情还是得干完,于是就自己开始听写。用25%的速度连续不停地听写下来,又用100%的速度简单校正了一下。感谢孙老师,又不厌其烦,听我朗读,帮我校正文本。最后又聊了一会,使我对压码法又更多了些了解,也增加了很多的信心。现在把听写出来的文本打上来,请老师和各位学友、前辈们校正、指点。 PS.单词拼写都没有查字典确认过,有些单词属于“瞎写”状态 >.< 括号内为老师指出来并改正的地方。

压码听写的很不错,除了几个标点之外,错误很少。昨天听写以后,木脑壳朗读了一遍,基本正确,只发现了几处,今天对照文本校对了一次,真正的错误也只有基础,其它不属于错误的地方,也按照文本更正了。可以作为没有书的学员练习了。回去后将word文本再传一次。
大家可以在压码听写栏目中进行压码听写的磁带文本练习,对于没有书的学员听写磁带文本,也是锻炼的一个好机会。

工作刚上手比较花时间和心思,再加上突发事件和人物,英语练习又拉下了-_- !!! 郁闷。这几天主要做的练习就是上班、午休和下班路上用mp3听语音,晚上把网络电台开着当背景声音。路上听的是圣经的音频,因为我觉得那个音频读的比较清晰正规,而且内容更是一等一的东东,^_^ 还有就是没有很多音乐夹杂在里面,节省时间哈。听的时候试着进行多重压码和压码多个句子、压码长句子心中默读,有一段没一段的在“练习”,汗。其实基本上算是没怎么练习,希望不要有什么影响 :-( 还有就是逮着机会偷偷地看整理的文章,吸取前辈们的经验和老师的心得,有机会旁听时不至于毫无准备,自己练习也能有个方向。最大的问题还是不能保证练习时间,不能练习,做啥都没用,55555555555555555

2006-12-15 星期五   多云   旁听压码朗读

今天又参加了一次旁听,朗读。我20:30加入,中间休息之前赶上了两次课文朗读练习,慢慢进入状态 :)本次练习主要参加了下半场。
首先参加了2次全员(5人)的分句朗读,一开始由于文本等问题读得有些乱,第2遍就顺多了。然后进行三人一组的分角色朗读,慢慢的分角色朗读大家都进入轨道了:)

刚开始读的时候注意连读、弱读、略读等语音细腻的地方,在这些都比较正确的基础上再关注语气、语调、感情等,想象着自己就在对话中。朗读中遇到比较难的句子,可以用模仿练习中练习过的,把这个句子快速朗读很多遍,再降低速度就会发现读起来很顺了:)边朗读可以边听自己的语音,发现问题,慢慢矫正。

还有我觉得单词不认识没有关系,大胆地拼出来,读“白字”就读“白字”,主要保证整个句子的完整性和流利度,具体单词发音以后只要注意是很容易改正的。

总之,我觉得朗读是水到渠成的一个练习阶段,前面注音、模仿、跟读等练习对朗读都有很大的作用。就我个人而言,这个练习我完全是靠的以前的积累,并未使用很多的压码技术,有点遗憾。压码英语的精髓在压码,我到目前应该还不算很好的掌握压码的技术。深度听清和压码几个句子和压码长句子、连环朗读等压码技术还没有很好的掌握。为了保持练习的连贯性,我可能不会特意停下来练习,想先通过自习和旁听完整的把几个方法走一遍,之后再正式从头开始好好练习:)我是不是在为自己每个方法练习的不彻底找借口啊-_-!!!! 当然能一次练习好还是要争取的^-^
