星空的毅力确实让人佩服，自从练习压码听懂以来，很多学员是时断时续，你是一天都没有中断过，很多天能够贴出整理的日记就是一人，发贴时间常常到达1点左右，练习的好，效果好也不是凭空而来的，比其他学员下的功夫更大也是一个重要因素。由此可以想象过去坚持练习千万法的路上的艰辛和毅力。
在新的一年，有这种踏实的学习劲头，我坚信一定会不断取得新的成绩。

感谢孙老师您的鼓励，说来也实在惭愧，很多时候白天一些鸡毛般的小事就费了我一天去整理，总果到了晚上才进行练习，有时候烦躁，反而效果大折扣，所以为了确保效果，就不断重复不断地用调整呼吸再练习，结果总是到了深夜才发表日记．
