昨晚看了湖南台的《汉语桥》节目,感觉心潮澎湃,外国人学汉语那么用心,那么热爱中国文化.......如果我也能把英语学好,和他们无障碍交流该有多好!当时我就暗暗下决心,一定要学好英语,这是一种国际潮流,不懂英语,就是“少了一只耳朵,缺了一只眼睛”,看世界总是窄了一点,为了不做睁眼瞎,为了要做顺风耳,一定要学好英语!

刚刚跟小区一位过了6级的人聊天,天哪,他的每一句话我都有几个词不知道意思,可以说全盘否定..........我只能不断在网上找中文翻译,猜测意思...........最后他说我英语very poor ,他说他想提高词汇量,言下之意,我不是理想训练选择。还叫我最好上班去,这和之前星空说的一样。都要我先去上班再说,我的想法是; 难道全身心在家真的就学不好么?我不怕吃苦,只怕方法上面束手无策。真的太伤人了!我不知道我怎么会这样?我想打出“房子huose”和“因为because”都打错了,真的是没几个会写,更别提意思了!我可能哪里出错了........................................   是不是在基本o基础的学员学习之初是该多看看中文翻译的??说实话现在学习中很多单词因为不认识而造成记忆困难..............................

我想我是太急躁了,要静心!!!!1
这段时间,我没有复习,之前学过的内容不知道怎样了,有过夜晚听mp3睡觉的时候,只是没有用15%速度,我的mp3不能改速度。夜晚听的时候非常清晰,压码声音非常容易,只是有些单词不会想出拼写和意思,其实这时候应该看着文本一下的,只是我的懒惰,一直没有回头看。明天我要专门复习一下。
我的下一个目标还是要戒骄戒躁,训练自己的细腻拼写回想图像,训练自己这方面的能力。听懂的练习过程远远不止把文章分类好,我不知道怎么画弧注音,我想有个办法不知可不可行,我觉得我眼睛先扫过一句话,立刻闭上,这时声音才传到耳朵里,伴随声音回响图像,这个我觉得还有效果的,明天要这么实施。

今天,关于我困惑的问题又向孙老师作了请教。以前孙老师辅导我,我聚精会神都很难听懂,而现在我理解能力提高不少,基本能很理解孙老师讲解话语。
我总结我的练习疏漏错误之处,更正如下:
在学习中,速度第二,方法的掌握才是第一,只要方法掌握后才能事半功倍。所以着重点不能是“这个单词这么陌生,怎么拼写?”不能是“赶快过完,进行下一课”......应该慢速练习。整理文本以25%-35%速度进行,一开始就要约束自己:要连环压码,基本词组分段时尽量使每小段都有完整意思。多重压码,连环压码练习。听每句时注意腹式呼吸,压码跟读、回想的时候都要从腹中缓缓呼气。一吸一呼的循环就是一个句子压码完成。只要做到文本和语音2点记住了,脑子里自然会出现图像,而这个图像不就是为自己翻译了意思吗?!这就是练习的目的!
压码的至高境界就是连环压码!



孙老师语言摘录:
听到的语音和看到的文本分别记住了感觉,再听语音的时候二者就合成了一个感觉,遇到这些不会的单词就是这个语音和单词的结合体的感觉
压码的时候要用力,就不会压丢了
腹部使劲的时候呼气来回想句子
腹部的气流是会旋转的,慢慢地将一个句子听完,然后慢慢地回想出来,就全部记住了
只要你记住语音,记住了文本,单独听语音的时候可以自然体会到文本,你就理解记忆住了句子。听的时候眼睛顶着文本对应的语音,然后自己回想一次刚才的语音,就记住了语音和文本,不看文本的时候和刚才看文本听语音的感觉一样,听一个句子就知道全部的语音都是理解的. 25和35速度为主
因为这有时间在听的时候一致精确到字母的语音
回想的时候可以多回想几遍,而且回想的速度很慢,几乎一遍就能记住
练习一个语音15分钟需要一个小时时间,练习累了,就闭上眼睛听语音休息一下
这时由于语音和文本都记住了,闭眼就可以向出来文本,意思能够理解,一会就可以出现意思的场景的图象
不能理解的单词往往不是忘记了,而是在练习的时候根本就没有记住
听音的时候压码,由于声音是随着腹部的气流运转才回想出来的,速度根本就不会快的,因为腹部还没有旋转完毕,所以回想也没有结束
声音在前面,但是你看文本看到发音速度也就很慢,所以先听到的节奏就全部可以压慢记住
速度慢的时候每个单词听到的很慢,你就会听的很细腻
所以我在教大家非常慢速语音的时候,这个练习就很重要
练习出来压码能力比练习的内容更重要
压码所有方法的核心就是连环压码
实际上你听一个 句子的时候,就是先听语音,将语音听到文本上,再回想的时候,就是多一次压码,就记住了语音和文本
这既是压码多次,也是压码长句子,也是压码多个句子,就是连环压码
实际上只是压码两次,质量到位了,就记住了语音和文本
压码读报纸的练习强度很大,压码听懂的压码阅读练习强度就很小
所有压码法都是连环压码,既慢又快
慢就是要压码的速度慢,多压点码的长度
快就是在慢速上练习出来多重压码几次
快慢二者结合就是连环压码
1-111,2-222,3-333,123,4-444,234.。。。这就是压码连环听看读报纸,也是压码听看读电影的方法
