练习第三册第十课

今天的练习是找到些感觉的，尤其在连环听清上，虽然有的句子不一定连上，但练了一些遍后，即使这个句子没有反应过来，但可以做到立刻回想起下一个句子，可以基本连上，毕竟听的多了，但还是不很熟练，有时脑子发木，突然就一片空白了。
到朗读上存在一个重要的问题就是嘴太笨了，当然这是有原因的，我从小就有些结巴，本身说话其实是有些障碍的，有时候不知怎的就结巴一下，但思考一下，感觉除此之外，确实还是压的不熟的句子发生问题的机率高些，看来还得练。

今天开始练习时觉得脑子迟钝，就把速度调到400，然后300 200 的都试了几回，再回到了100时，基本都连上了，而且200感觉听清了不少，但嘴还是笨。

今天练得有点郁闷，网速超慢，终于下载了个环境英语，结果弄错，应该是第二册，下载了第一册，想凑合练，又是严重的影音不同步，看着巨累，只得大概记着各自的样子，听音频压码。。。
因为初级的三册我前几周基本练完了，这几天练第四册的抄写，听清，注音，前两课还行，到第三册，开始听了几遍，好几句没压住，然后又变速，又抄写，才听清，但也有一种霍然的感觉，但仍有跟着觉得困难的，也可能是有点累了，明天再来

今天的练习显然是感觉比较受挫的，因为初级的毕竟还是相对比较简单的，一到四册的第三课有好几个句子的连读听着感到困难，一不留神，就溜过去了，读着也绕嘴，尤其是第三句，看来我要面对困难了

昨天逛了一天的旧书,回家时感觉有点累,就没怎么练.
今天,下午主要是跟读,感觉好了些,晚上是练得连环朗读,我把老师的方法变化了一下,
用在原文上反选代替复制,这样眼睛跟着鼠标走,脑子跟着眼睛转,可以节省些时间,多压
多连,我觉得还是有收获的
不知道老师觉得怎样,
这些天可以说每次练习都有收获,希望一直如此

今天依然是继续昨天的练习，时间不多了，明天细写

今天的内容是对四册的4，5，6，7进行连环压码，由于文章不是很难，60-80的速度用鼠标划三次大致就能理解了，可见速度显然还有待提高的，我觉得孙老师的的压码的一个特点就是，大大激发了大脑的兴奋度，再加上各种方法的组合，使练习不显得的单调，每次练习都有进步，有一种成就感。回想一下，每次的练习量实际上是很大的。
晚上，找些统计学英文资料看看，试试压码读报，最近也正在学习统计，看看能否一举两得
