今天从互动练习第一册第一课开始，今天2小时整理好文本，因为熟门熟路（上次整理过），体会是以下5点在一段文章里可以按顺序出现，可以打乱顺序出现，也可以缺少或重复出现，这就考验技巧和听力。
我不知道听懂完成一篇课文的标志是什么，我现在可以把这篇文章听写下来，不知算不算过关。只有几句话比较难懂，没有写下来：

有时候，听着听着对一篇文章的大概意思理解了，就会感到轻松，而有时候百思不得其解，又会让人很懊恼....................

想想我还没得到压码听懂的精髓，1，看着文本听；2，原音朗读文本；3，听磁带闭着眼睛回想单词，这个就是压码法的简述。1的时侯，可以做到流畅朗读，生僻单词却无法一次记忆；2的时候，模仿朗读下来OK，但是长单词拼写还是达不到一次压住；3的时候，这时候没理解透的单词还是会绊住脚。对于陌生难单词，是不是应该加以其他压码法辅助？？比如多抄写几遍？比如多听清几遍？再比如，可以查词典？？或者，把DVD拿出来看呢？？


既然一次性无法压住码（这也是需要多次修行才能达到的精神高度集中吧？），那么我只能写下梗概，提醒自己晚上做一下“情景再现”，把课文顺着脉路“表演”一遍，强化记忆。以下是刚学过的几课，急需多次复习加深记忆：

第一课重点：介绍自己；

        得知孙老师身体正在康复，这是个很好的消息！感谢上天的眷顾！！！
        今天从孙老师那里又了解一点新内容：学压码的时候没有定论，只要自己感觉好，什么办法都可以拿来实施，要注意写细腻的日记！切记：只有写好日记，以后好办法才会通过不断温故知新！
    另外，我之前的打算是用2个月完成全部课程，然后正好赶上奥运会，天天看CCTV9，看看能不能经过浸泡而豁然开朗。现在看来真是拔苗助长，损失兴趣，害得我只顾速度超前，却每天不踏实，总要不自信的把前面的一听再听，就怕忘记东西，结果是更浪费时间了。所以还是踏踏实实一天一课彻底吃透最好。时间充裕才学2课，要稳，不能飘起来。
    目前感觉听懂的标准对我来讲还是：能够独立表演出来。一册12课学完复习的时候，最好的办法是将12课语音放进变音器，将勾去掉，一课听一遍，回忆起来就是很好的复习方式了，因为每课表演过，复习听的时候自然记忆犹深。此想法正确与否会在后面的练习中体现。
孙老师还说了，压码听懂会不稳定，可能是之前的好感觉突然哪天就不行了，这个时候就是黎明前的黑暗，突破后又是一大进步！这让我想起了小儿的情况：许多小孩子经常发烧，父母着急，其实医生说：这叫“智慧烧”，每次发烧抗过去，小孩子就会进一大步，比如就会开口说话了，或者会走路了，就是体现在“智慧烧”。祝愿大家都能常常“智慧烧”！
