下面摘自孙老师文章:

很简单,我们复习一下压码听懂学习法的步骤,只有三步:第一步,看着文本、听着语音,压码理解;第二步听着语音不看文本压码理解记忆检验;第三步压码阅读不听语音压码巩固对话文章的全文。
第一步:压码融化文本句子到大脑的音律。
    你看文本的作用是听着语音节奏压码到眼睛所看到的文字上(我理解这句话的意思是:将注意力放在字上)你就会眼睛扫视整个的句子,就可以轻松达到压码阅读一个句子上。
通过第一步练习文字在你的大脑就留下了图像,这个文字图像是一个句子一个句子压码得到的,文字图像和语音就合成到一起压码进入你的大脑,所以你在进行第二步听语音的时候,大脑的文字图像就浮现出来了。你在第一步做到的压码听懂是一个压码理解的学习过程,在第二步是对听懂的一个检验过程,由于减少了一个看文本的过程,听力就更集中了,眼睛也不疲劳了,
  到达第三步不听语音只看文本进行学习记忆巩固,你在学完一篇课文达时候,不但可以带着耳机回想出来语音,那还只是压码跟随磁带语音进行,这是你将前面压码记忆的语音,就可以实现压码整个文章快速看完全文,都是采用磁带记忆的语音进行夜读的。大脑提箱记忆就连成了一片,这样整个文章的文字图片的图像就刻在你的大脑了。
  我总结一下,压码听懂的真谛:
  1.眼看文本,耳听语音,作用:眼接受文字图像、耳接受声音,眼耳同时接受英语;
  2.闭上眼睛,耳听语音,作用:耳接受声音,强化眼睛条件反射的作用,脑海同步反射文字图像;
(通过脑海反映出文字图像的逼真完整程度,自检有无跑码漏码,检验出是否每句话都真正理解记忆。)
  3.关起音频,口诵文本,作用:耳朵接听嘴巴发出的声音,达到眼、口、耳同时反射文字图像和音频。
(第三步同样是巩固第一步的,同时是对第二步中漏掉的字码加深印象,达到补遗的作用。协调眼耳口开放程度,体会如何协调提高效率)

I have three days to talk  Book one Listen six..........The time is too long ........

不知道我这句话写得对不对??
这一课我学了3天了,听,再听,再再听,今晚是能够离开耳机顺利读出来,并理解大部分意思,But
teacher  Robert  taik show isn't esay........不知这句话是不是这么表达?总是感觉Robert的话挺难记住,难理解,如:

Now, Sam, do you remember all the information? Try to answer the questions, and then listen to the correct answers.
可能因为有部分单词不理解导致整个句子无法记忆,比如voice,choose ,phrase ,nformation,correct,短短2句话,有这么多单词不理解,所以记住Robert的话好难。
下午看dvd了解了“parent”就是“父母”的意思,看到翻译还有豁然开朗变轻松的感觉。但是 journalist还是不解,这样不解的单词有不少,我也不敢看中文翻译,按孙老师的意思压码理解后就能自然吸收,我想我还得努力,集中精神!!

怀疑自己是不是不够努力(也确实不够专心),所以达不到压码的“经典三步曲”。试了一下
第一步:听语音看文本,把注意力放在每一句上,长和陌生单词跑码,就想分心看拼写;
第二步:听语音不看文本,常速能听清并回想拼法,弱读等跑码;
第三步:本想闭上眼睛回忆全文,可是每当到robert的引导语时,就卡壳了,忍不住不断看文本,喀喀巴巴。

明天我试一下听写,看能不能集中注意力。这一课就让它过去吧,不能老是停滞不前,明天下一课,我想这样:1.看文本反复听清直到理解;2.看DVD(因为我不懂的单词太多);3.不看文本听语音回想图像;4.30% 速度听写。

        这一课,我觉得记忆的技巧是:每看到一句话,先扫一眼,然后闭上眼睛,这时耳机里的声音读到这一句,让图像和声音重合。这是一门学问,把自己打造成有心人,这也是压码“经典三步曲”的第一步。做好了这一步,第二步听mp3不看文本回想就容易了,但是Robert的话还是要反复再来巩固的,还没有全部掌握。

研读李老师的疑问解答
研读李老师的疑问解答,破解ligenben的学习奥秘:

1.我从听清一步跨到压码听懂,目前已进行到第6课。前面几课很简单,我能猜到意思(也就是中文意思),能够做到看着文本多听几遍达到听写下来,能够听写应该这样就算一篇听懂过关了吧???
答:你的练习真是很好。我不能达到你现在的所描述的水平。我是看着文本,抄写下来。我的听懂练习,只能达到看着文本,听懂文本。这个问题需要请教孙裕亭老师。
我的分析:李老师还说我学得真好,惭愧呀,前面几课是能听写,因为那是简单的几课,后来就不行了。孙老师强调的听懂境界,应该是“一次练习听懂、看懂、记忆”,而且孙老师在听懂文章有说不提倡听写和跟读,李老师能做到每篇文章听清看懂,但是回忆记忆可能还有难度,这也是我学每篇文章迟迟不愿pass的原因,因为我看着文本能做到基本意思了解,但是闭上眼睛回忆改编就显得吃力,这可能需要很长时间的锻炼,学习李老师:在一篇文章做到看懂就可以pass去学下一课了。

2.后面有较长和较难懂的单词,个别的我可以克服。但是很多猜不出是不是可以酌情查词典??
答:我是有时在过一段时间,还想不出来的时候,就查查英英字典。但不确定是否做得对。
我的分析:李老师也在犹豫要不要进行查字典锻炼,一来可以增加词汇量;二来据说读字典会突然有一天全部理解,突然开窍,这是谁都向往的一天,所以在我们词汇量还极少的现在,不查字典继续学习,摸索中难以抉择,而且也会一直疑问下去:是配合进行查词典呢?还是忍住等到全套学完再进行下一步的事??

3.因为我一直没能练好压码抄写(惭愧!),只能够对课文做到熟练朗读,自我感觉练习听懂之前先把这一课的课文熟读会有好处(你觉得呢)。那么,在较难的互动练习之前,能否再将课文的DVD看过一遍?这样不就加深听懂练习的理解能力了吗??
答:压码抄写,用30%左右的速度抄写,就是成功的。我认为抄写的速度,只影响学习效率,不影响学习的效果。也就是多花费点时间而已。我是从抄写开始学习压码法,我的体会是,一位新学员,看到其他学员,在抄写速度上的竞赛,就想自己也能够达到100%的速度抄写。为此,每天都想着提速。结果,忘记了自己是为什么抄写。抄写目的是为什么?我经过抄写练习后,想告诉大家,不要去拼速度。用感觉最舒服的慢速度,抄写练习就成。我是喜欢在每一册的学习前,先看几遍这一册的课文。一句话的记忆必须和场景想配,才会应用。所以,我想如果有时间,先看看课文的DVD,我认为是个很好的设计。
我的分析:李老师意思是,提倡抄写,不比速度;预习课文,再学听懂;时间充裕,要看DV.那么,在学习每课之前先听懂看懂dvd应该会好一点,因为基础薄弱的人,大多数单词不理解的人,还是先看看视频的解释比较好,我一直犹豫该不该看视频里的单词解释,有了李老师的“特赦令”,还是看了吧,如果不看,的确非常吃力,有了对个别单词的提示,我学起来会好一点。

4.每册12课互动练习外加4课复习,是不是每三课学完就要进行一次复习?抑或是这一册全部学完再一起复习这4课??
答:我的计划是每天一课,没有进行复习。我想,这些课程的设计,每一课内容设计,都是在上一课的发展,所以我想不用去复习。但我也存在着一个问题:有些课程学习得好一些,有些课程学得差一些。因为我自己的特点,我想是通过几轮的学习,才能达到别人一次,就可以实现的目标,所以也没有去为这些课程补课。
我的分析:李老师也在犯愁,曾经学过的一些知识时间长了恐怕会忘了吧?实际时间也在这里,每天的时间只够学习新课,旧课越积越多的时候真不知怎么办。孙老师的教导是这样的:一次复习一册戴耳机听,回忆每课的单词图像、问句、难点等等。对于对自己记忆的不自信,或者是的确没学透,复习听的时候,总感觉还有很多东西要把文本拿来看看(而且还会感觉时间不够)。

5.每课都有几个难点生词,您是标注下来每天都看呢,还是最后复习的时候一起看??怎样做到重复和加深印象呢??
答:我没有去特别关心生词。不标注生词,也不复习生词。我标注的重点,都在are\ to\of  等等的小词上,因为标注,是为了准确发音,一般单词容易读准。就不标注了。
我的分析:李老师学习的重点可能不在单词拼法,而在单词读音,让自己不忽略任何连读,弱读的细节。我的不自信就在怕单词记不住写法,也就是怕脑子里回忆起来没有图像。综上所述:我想,目前学习听懂的话,还是不能对自己要求一次性什么都达到,这恐怕会挫败自己的信心,我还是听清后,先学会深度听清,听清细节,比如:and, if,能把我到这些读音,可能单词拼写,回忆,造句才有可能学会吧。

越想越乱,犹豫来自我自己:一篇文章只能做到看着文本基本懂了就可以了吗?可以进行下一课了吗?如果非得复述,回想每个单词包括同步感受意思造句........一天时间学一课好像不够...............
可能是我骨子里不允许自己马虎,所以才挑刺:一课没学好就进行下一课?那么问题越积越多怎么收场??

想不通............甚至想过把初中英语书拿回来重新学习一遍,把最基本的掌握再说。但还是不知道可不可行?

提取孙老师文章精粹,压码操作实践应如下:



1.压码听懂法的核心:
压码记住语音,压码记住文本,压码记住意思,
对文章进行整体的消化吸收。

2.压码听懂练习步骤:
①看文本听磁带②听磁带回想文本③看文本回
想磁带。眼口耳同步学习。可以采用听清、压
码跟读、压码注音、压码模仿、压码抄写、压
码朗读进行配合练习,但是一定要记住一锤子
定音,将磁带语音的模型,烙印到你的耳朵里
面,起到一剑封喉的效果。整理好文本后,开
始第一次练习听懂的时候,你要想法做到首战
制胜。

3.整理文本作用:
将一篇文章分离成可以被大脑和耳朵直接接收
的语音单元,形成自动断句、直接理解的信息
单元。在整理文章的时候听语音实际就是开始
了压码。

4.大脑怎样自动吸收:
跟读时首先体验到节奏,接着做到句子分开分
段理解,当我跟读发出细腻语音变化和连读、
单词音节断开,真声入耳,不飘浮了,大脑自
然记忆全文。这时语音、文本、意思都已吸收。

5.听懂能反复练习吗?
将语音、文本进行交替练习即可做到听懂,可
以多次练习。过关的标志是:看着文本,读出
的语音和磁带一样,听着语音回想的文字和文
本一样。你一定不要草率结束,直到那些习惯
性用法,在你的耳朵和大脑生根,养成习惯。
你学习就适应了里面的习惯表达方式。

6.耳朵怎样自动吸收:
压码记忆文本的基本功是能听出文本。适应了

音突然变短了,自己阅读速度大大加快了,连
读、断开、弱读、略读、变音都能把握,能把

今天,看了孙老师写的《听说大突破》,自我感觉我的整理文本走上了歧路,所以反而不得要领,害得我整天在想:整理文本到底是什么?
和孙老师语音聊天后得知,其实整理文本很简单,就是不断按回车键分段就好了,看着分成的小段,听语音做到“听清和听懂”就好了,我把这个看的过难了。所以今天开始学的时候,我要着重整理文本,文本整理好了事半功倍。
对于还需不需要复习的时候抄写,听写等,孙老师意思说如果还这样的话问题就更多了,所以我还是只做到“听清,听懂,然后听语音能回想出文本”。希望我不要走上“极左”路线,偏离主线。真理往往很纯粹,很简单。
    希望我能早一天掌握听懂的技巧和方法,跟孙老师一起学习“听说大突破”。
