Carla was a young woman who had held responsible secretarial positions in a large

   你看句子看到一个长句子就分拆成了这4个句子，你眼睛看到哪里的短句子，就心中会想出来了精确到读音，你看完一遍长句子就精确地记住了语音有多少个读音组成，看完一遍文本你就回想出来了每个读音，这样你就记住了整个句子的全部文本的字母拼写和书写，而且句子结构、单词先后排列顺序是完全不变的自己记住了。

    你看完一遍就精确地记住了整个长句子的所有细节，一个字母都不会差，一个读音也不会多，一个读音也不会少。你不但记住了，你也会说，你也会写，你学了就会用了，Carla。。。 who 。。。 in 。。。 in 。。。每个分拆短句子的第一个单词就是连接词将一个长句子的表达方式给规定下来了。
    
   你里面的单词假设有不认识的，有的可能很简单但是理解的似是而非，比如held你不要翻译它为“掌握”之类，因为读音不是zhangwo，你就是看着读音“好的”肯定不是这个意思，是你的母语放言里面的一个读音，在打字输入里面可以选择是那个汉子，这个汉语有读音没有这个汉子，没有这个汉语抄，蒿草的hao的读音，就是那个拔草的拔字意思的那个hao，一些学员不会看英语读音想出汉语读音相同意思的那个字，就是想一下语音和意思接近的就是，并且我们方言里面有的那个字，普通话不一定有这个字。 responsible 锐事旁思包，几个声音连起来理解了是负责或者责任的意思，但是你不能翻译成那个汉语单词，那样不准确就在于英语的读音不是你翻译的那个读音，你还是记住rspsb这5个读音，想汉语同样读音的意思就想出来了，secretarial看出来了sctr四个读音，伺魁特润（奥），做事是伺候人的活，你不能翻译成“秘书”，因为英语没有mishu这样的读音。positions 摆了一个“帕斯”汉字打不出来，但是你经常用这个汉语单词，还挺神似呢，你马上就领悟了是个“差事”，你不能翻译成“位置”，或者“职位”之类的，因为英语没有这个zhiwei的读音。 large 拉质越拉越长的质量就是“很大的”意思，但是你不能翻译成“大”，因为没有da的读音而是la，d变成了l的变音，拉就是大，打就是拉。organization 这里有ognzt5个读音，奥格呢贼深，那个不是一个人呢贼“深身伸”几个汉语读音都沾上了组织的边，你是这样理解的，就是记住了5个读音，你特别相像地理解了，你不能翻译为“组织”因为英语没有zuzhi这样的读音，他是一个汉人的侉子说的方言，我们平时在中国听说过的，只是你没有联想出来而已。Brazil读音bz2个读音巴西，x变音为z。West读音wst3个读音，左西右东，外西的为“西”，内事的为“东”。Germany读音gm2个读音，英语中dg和d读音不分的，德蛮，德国蛮子。man是men，人，蛮，门，德国的人民。

   我在这里不一一列举范例了，你实际上是一直不停地看下去，遇山劈山，遇水过水，看完一个句子，心中就会想一个句子的读音，连文本的每个字母都记住了，看完一遍就能会想出来的读音，读音有了意思就是汉语读音的意思，整个句子就都理解了，句子的结构和原文完全记忆的相同，没有任何单词语序的变化，原封不动地记忆下来句子结构，就是单词的排列顺序，也就是英语的思维顺序，也就是英语的表达方式，也就是英语和汉语不同的习惯，也就是英语的语法，你分析语法再好，还好过和原文完全一样的顺序压码吗，不可能的。
   因为我所以一个句子一个句子教你，是不这样写你不明白，我究竟是怎样一遍理解全部文章里面带生词的句子的，你不知道怎样看完一遍就能记住全部的句子，因为你会想出来了全部按照原来的顺序排列的字母读音的汉语读音，汉语文字，汉语意思。连续不停一遍看完了一篇英语文章，你也就记住了。包括语音、文本和意思，包括句子之间的连接词，原汁原味的句子结构，包括文章的内容。
   你理解的单词的意思是想象出来的汉语读音的意思，你会记忆相当深刻，就是忘记也没有关系，你是临时看出来想象出来英语和汉语同样读音的意思的，而一个句子看完一遍就在心中会想出来了全部读音，你是根本上在大脑里面产生了句子的图像。所以你在说和写英语的时候，直接就会按照原文调来就用，就说，就写，是图像这这里帮助你理解记忆和使用的。

你对比一下英语读音的文本和汉语翻译读音的拼音，你会发现二者的读音差远了，这就是没有翻译好的原因。不是英语的语音直译，所以这样的翻译是很不准确的。
但是你可以看着汉语拼音还原成英语文本读音，你如果这样做了，你会对任何的读音记忆的很清晰。
   他们相同的地方在哪里？
   你理解了英语在大脑产生了场景的图像，你理解了汉语的翻译也在大脑里面长生了一个场景的图像，你如果理解的不准确，这两个图像可能就是不同的，所以你在说英语的时候，你会提取不出来，就卡壳了，说不流利英语了。如果你英语可以产生图像，汉语也可以产生图像，你无论是英语还是汉语就都能顺利理解记忆和提取出来了。实际上你平时说英语的时候，就是在大脑里面看着原来的文本的读音顺序的文字图像来读出来的，当然你说的就流利了，英语和汉语之间就可以自然交换了。
   英语读音的注音范例很多了，我给大家写一下汉语注音的字母，一个字母代表一个读音，一个读音就是声母和韵母的拼读的读音。
