    2月17日晚孙老师对我进行了QQ语音压码法讲解近2小时,老师给我详细讲解压码听清、压码听懂和纵向法查字典,其他方法也进行了介绍。如此近距离的接触英语自学成功人士我还是有点紧张,一开始我就被老师介绍的方法吸引了,心里很怕他降完压码听清就不讲了。但是孙老师平易近人的态度打消了我的顾虑,对我提出的学习上的问题一一作了详细的回答,让我非常感动。我惟有早日掌握压码法努力练习早日实现英语自由来回报老师的悉心辅导。
21点后我进行了三小时的压码法练习:
1、80分钟纵向法查了3个主体单词全部返回,引发单词不多,共21个;
2、进行了90分钟的20%压码抄写和注音练习。感觉压码抄写的速度跟不上,注音也很粗糙,可能与第一次练习不熟练有关。
  计划用10天时间学会压码听清、听懂方法,之后进行你好美国的正式学些。同时,晚上进行三小时纵向法查字典练习。

    晚7:30至9:50纵向法查字典,主词1、    occasional,2、mounted。引发单词50个,成功理解返回。10点至12点练压码抄写和注音。

1、用70%、100%、120%、150、200%能压码住一篇课文
2、可以20%压码抄写了,30%压码抄写跟不上,关键处理好是手脑眼的分工问题,平时要多琢磨手脑眼的协调问题以提高压码抄写的速度。
3、注音后用不同的速度压几次码,看文本基本能基本还原声音,但读起来和磁带有差据,可能练习下跟读会好些。

千万法要求每周休息一天,从初一到昨天为止还没休息一 天。春节假期时间间比较集中,觉得休息比较浪费,近几天学习压码法忘了休息了,今天休息算了。

今天浪费了一天,中午办公室同事的小孩满月吃酒,晚上公司组织技术人员活动。昨天不应该休息的,每天应该留一天应付突发事件。

2月21日的压码听懂练习,练习不难主要学习下格式,不知道整理得对不对。
BOOK ONE, LESSON ONE
一、基本单词词组:

体会:1、这课比较简单,学习1.5小时,整理0.5小时,日记0.5小时。压码听懂方法已阅读多遍,新闻的压码日记也看了,近几天要熟悉压码听懂方法和文本整理方法。
      2、压码能够比较准确的压住原音了,将注意力集中到颈部就可以了,同样的方法读的时候这样做能模仿的比较像。我读给老婆听的时候,她说很有节奏感和美音的味道。
      3、练习带耳机闭着眼睛压码听能基本体现文字图像。
问题:1、整理文本时还是没弄清练习和学习的区别,场景和情景的区别。
      2、听看,听,看多次循环完毕后是否一定要完全回忆起原文,因为有很多重复的内容,我的想法是这样:1)对于重复的内容进行归纳复叙,2、)完整对话内容进行完整回忆达到原文复叙,有时间还可以进行在句式结构不变的情况下作改变内容的练习。不知道行不行。
    3、调整呼吸每天都有练习,现在试着运用到压码听懂过程中,能基本运用但不自然,压码回想时呼气能够做到,听的时候吸气不好操作,因为下个句子在放的时候我正在呼气回想,等我回想完本句,下句有可能快放完或已放完,这个时候我吸气很仓促,继续呼气回想又有点费劲(免强能做到),这个时候吸 气如何解决?
    4、压码法需要没周休息一天吗?
