没有辅导自己就练习压码听懂了，不错。
1、学习是学习压码的过程，练习是学习以后的自我造句和变换句子过程；场景学习是指一篇课文的其中一个完整的段落，包括引导语的讲解、情景对话原文、压码学习、引导学习和练习5个内容为一个 段落的场景学习，而情景 只是其中的情景对话部分。上面你整理的部分如果将几个段落分开就更清楚了。
2、这样练习可以，学会了注音，听音浮现文字和复述回想课文，说明基本学会了压码听懂。
3、调整呼吸的时候不进行压码练习，只要练习数一口气听到多少句子的个数即可，练习很单纯，属于自然听清。
4、不需要一周休息一次。
5、上面的日记只要将F、M、N等人名去掉，将文本几个句子连接到每个部分不分行即可，下面的日记只要将几个段落的情景划分成3个场景学习即可。

      3、你好美国初级版虽然简单，还是有很大的学习价值。烦恼的是压码法本来是效率很高的方法，我这样一天一课的效率就谈不上了，不知道该怎么办。
      4、听的方面有提高，现在听英语觉得很悦耳很有节奏感；读课文读的慢还好点，读快了就不行；说的能力还是0。
