归纳:1、学习时间8点到 12点。
      2、内容:a、由于文本有错和不全,首先听写改正和补齐文本;b、压码听懂练习;c、一口气40句子和腹式呼吸练习;d、压码跟读练习。

方法:一口气40句子采用最笨办法练习:用棉花堵住鼻子,深吸一口气,读完一句闭住嘴(避免偷偷的吸气,欺骗自己),通过身体各部位的震动和声音变化体会气流从从头部到腹部的变化过程,同时慢慢调节上半身从上到下逐步放松。
效果:1、一口气40句子有所进步,快接近40句子了,相信坚持练下去会达到目标;
      2、感觉发音要控制好气流回转,依靠胸腹力量和共鸣发音舌头的运动有了力量的根源,发音更准确有力(同过自由英语XP的波形对比看的出来),不像以前光靠口腔和喉部发音像踩在棉花上一样软绵绵的。
      3、这几天本来学习情绪不是很高,但是处在低谷时坚持下去还是会有进步的。

不知怎么回事,今天听英语头晕,听了半小时,头脑中没什么印象,干点别的算了。

    压码听懂第二册第五课进行完了。最近工作很累,回家吃完饭就8 点左右,做压码听懂练习老是集中不了精力,闭眼听很容易就睡着了,以前闭着眼听可以同时反映文本现在也做不到了。
  我想从压码抄写开始,一方面在动手不容易走神,另一方面要解决读(朗读,跟读)的准确流利的问题。因为后面查字典阶段读得不好还是不行,只读不抄写估计查字典的效果也不容易巩固。也就是说,我想从压码五个阶段的二阶学起,突破一个阶段再进行下个阶段的学习。

所谓跟读就是跟着磁带读。当然没有暂停,是练习的进行的。这样的好处是通读能力的培养。练习一盘磁带以后,就可以连续跟读不同磁带若干小时的内容。如果再加上自己跟读的延迟时间的训练就是压码跟读。压码跟读还有一个特点就是直接由压码听清向压码跟读的过渡练习。
模仿就是一句一句的模仿,有暂停、有复读,一句一句的模仿的象。这样练习以后还必须进行跟读练习,达到跟着磁带连续不停的跟读才叫过关。
二者的区别是先整体磁带后单一句子,还是先单个句子后整体磁带的先后顺序问题。
无论那种方法都要进行录音对比。
压码法的模仿和千万法的区别是:压码法在进行跟读一盘磁带流利,进行录音对比以后,进行的模仿不是一句一句模仿就结束,而是在模仿清楚精确掌握句子以后,进行的一口气朗读不断增加句子数量长度的练习,就是一口气重复40遍句子的跟读,向一口气朗读40个句子的篇章气量练习。
这对于向朗读进行直接过渡,向第三阶段的长句子(50个单词的句子)一口气气量练习,分割句子连环练习,以及直接由压码一句的能力向快压码多个句子能力的第四阶段一次看懂电影,是一次直接的突变。

一、什么是压码抄写?
  压码抄写是,听着语音,看着文本、进行抄写。方法是压码听清,尽量不看抄本,看着文本,一边回响着语音,同时抄写下来。压码抄写的起点低,任何英语零基础的学员,都可以做到的。作为有基础的学员,压码抄写将会更为简单便捷。压码抄写是直接架起语音和书写的一个桥梁。即要求语音,又要求书写或者拼写。是快速提升拼写的准确率,和书写的速度的非常有效的方法。

二、压码抄写的作用
  压码抄写的一个重要的作用,是将语音与文本有机的结合起来,语音对了,拼写对了,通过抄写练习,熟悉单词拼写、句子读音和句子结构。
  压码抄写学习的速度快,因为它需要连续不停顿抄写,而不是一个句子一个句子的抄写,也不是只看着文本的抄写,所以比单个句子听写,要容易和高效。任何学员,只要下载了神奇变速软件,就可以在低速开始练习。
  压码抄写,还会将英语的学习,变为自觉的练习习惯。因为压码抄写,可以在首次练习,就做到5小时抄写一个磁带的能力。不管你是第一次练习,还是没有任何基础都能做到,这和采用其它方法,一个句子一个句子的听写,反复听几遍都不能听清、即使听清了,也无法正确听写下来的情况下,是不相同的。因为对于不会压码的人来说,听到了语音,听到一个语音忘记了,还是不能写下来,同时直接听写,还会产生大量的书写错误,而抄写就可以很好的避免这个问题。

三、压码抄写在理解记忆中的应用

  听着语音、看着文本抄写。在抄写中,语音和文本要同步对应压码,如果出现过渡抢抄和过渡压码,语音和拼写脱节了,就不会起到音形一一对应的关系。
  听音语音,看着文本抄写。要逐步过渡到听写的能力上,首先要体现抄写理解的作用。用适度压码、适度速度,是解决抄写理解的主要途径,一些学员没有注意这一点,就将抄写变成了单一的提高速度练习了。在语音提示下抄写,抄写的作用就是连续性,还有不会使眼睛脱离行距,可以稳定进行。抄写的目的,首先要音形对应,然后是句子语音和句子含义的对应,这样就可以通过压码抄写,实现音形义三合一,就是真正学会理解了句子和文章的内容。
  听一句的声音,看一句文本,理解一句的意思。抄写的时候,尽量少看自己的抄写的脚本,这样就比较接近听写的目的了。手写下来,单词拼写慢慢熟练了,通过压码滞后的一段时间,就可以理解意思。抄写文本时,在基本听懂的情况下,效果会更明显。抄写速度不要求很快,只要30%-35%速度即可。为了理解的更透彻,甚至也可以采用更低的速度都行。
  压码听懂是,听着语音,看着文本、理解含义。压码抄写是听着语音,看着文本、手动抄写,理解含义。不看自己抄写的内容,重心用在理解上面。抄写一遍,就精确理解课文并且可以应用了。由于文本的简单与实用的特点,在进行对话练习之前,进行一次压码理解形抄写,就很要必要了。抄写一篇课文,理解一篇,应用一篇,还是速度很快的。不妨一册一册的练习一次,看看是否效果明显。练习要带着目的进行。

怎样听写一个句子15个单词的长句子?
   

五、听写长句子难点在哪里?  


解决方法1.压码听清法
 
  如果一个句子,感觉都听清了语音,但是当听写的时候,又都忘记了。能够听清这个长句子,才能听写这个长句子。自己感觉已经听清语音,实际上是没有做到压码听清。用压码听清法解决。


解决方法2.调整呼吸法

  可以压码听清一个短句子,但是不能压码听清长句子。比如一个句子15句以上,不能听写下来,就要解决压码听清长句子的问题。学会调整呼吸,一口气可已听到40个句子以上,就在没有更长的句子了。用调整呼吸法解决。


解决方法3.压码注音法

  语音必须精细,如果第一遍听到的语音是一个样子,听完一个句子再回忆几遍,每次回想的语音都不同,这样的长句子也不可能听写下来。就要考虑压码注音一遍,记忆住几十个单词构成的句子语音。用压码注音法来解决。



解决方法4.压码抄写法
  
  语音听清的精细,也能完全压码回想出来,但是如果有不会的拼写的单词,还是不能听写出来。在任何单词都不会的情况下,只要学会压码抄写照样可以解决问题。不能做到听写长句子有拼写问题也是原因之一。压码抄写连续进行,任何长句子拼写都没有问题。用压码抄写法解决。


解决方法5.连环朗读法

  一个长句子不能听写出来,可以进行自然分段断句,语音自然停顿和自然意群分段压码进行。连环朗读可以解决几个最长达50各单词的长句子压码听写问题,方法为压码听写自己朗读的字典。


解决方法6.多重压码法

   6.多重压码是快速记忆的方法,一个长句子不能听写出来,因为听完长句子以后就忘记了语音,压码多次就解决了语音忘记了的问题。

   压码听写的目的是为了理解。采用压码听语音、看文本、跟读语音,记忆自己朗读的语音,再不看文本听写自己朗读的方法,是解决一次听写全部文本理解记忆的根本方法。解决了上述问题,任何形式的听写就都没有了问题。不要看着复杂,实际上每个问题都是可以练习一遍,就学会的方法。这样压码听写就全面解决了英语的音、形、义的全面问题。实际上不但一个长句子是可已解决的,压码抄写一遍一篇长文章,也可以全面解决整体理解的问题,而不是听写每一个句子理解以后,整体文章忘记了。

六、压码抄写的要求
  压码抄写,是从打开神奇变速器,从第一篇课文的第一个句子开始,用20%速度开始,连续不停地压码抄写。压码多少没有要求,抄写速度没有要求,就是连续不停抄写要求了,一天可以抄写一册课文。
  抄写是学习英语的,所有的方法都是都是学习英语的,可不能千万别学英语,学方法,那就本末倒置了。学习会了哪些?是语音细腻了,压码技术提高了,抄写记住意思了,记住拼写了,单词了,记住句子了,记住段落了,记住文章了,就可自己压码的深度了,压码抄写有5大系列的压码抄写,不是一种压码抄写方法。
  压码抄写是提高听力,提高听写,提高写作,提高复述,提高思维,提高理解,提高记忆,提高口语,提高阅读,这些一概不加以要求。自己要求自己,自己提高自己。实际上不但压码抄写,其他几个方法也是一样,都是学习英语的一个工具,开始标准不能太高,太高了容易打击积极性。
  从压码抄写效果来说,仅仅20天过去已经可以连续不停抄写了12册的英语,如果你采用一句一句暂停、复读听写的话,是无论如何无法做到的,这就是最大的成果,这是需要自己肯定自己的学习效率上的进步,还有一个难度的进步,听写如果有不会的单词,会无法进展下去,就是说12册课文全部听写坚持下去就不容易,压码抄写以后,就不会感觉那么费力了。对于已经抄写完全部课文以后,就要考虑如何向压码听写过渡,从压码辨音、记形向压码释义过渡的问题了。而不只是停留在语音与单词的对应关系的建立上。

七、压码抄写有几个层次的意义

  第一层次:音形对应目标
  第二层次:理解记忆文章
  第三层次:连环压码抄写(意义?)
  第四层次:压码朗读和压码抄写同步进行(意义?)
  第五层次:英语思维综合应用

  压码抄写用处很多,有一个其他方法不能解决的问题就是写字。就是你以后英语思维能力很强的时候,可以连绵不断去想英语,构思英语,但是写这些英语长篇文章的时候,会有不会写的单词的问题,其他方法都不能解决,只有压码抄写和压码听写才能够解决。
  压码抄写最终的目标就是压码抄写英语思维复述的句子篇章,在压码抄写的时候,只有全部理解了,大脑又在浮想联翩的时候,你抄写一篇文章以后,或者看着文章自己进行抄写复述,或者不看文章心中摹写复述,每天可以在练习压码抄写中,自己想着写很多的课文以外的东西的时候,英语进步才会会有突飞猛进的感觉。
  这既不得同于听写,也不同于默写,也不同于复述,也不同于写作,是压码抄写理解以后,英语思维的快速回放,记录写下来的综合练习。这就是压码抄写的第五个目标。
