LSE’s big investors to meet Nasdaq
Several of the London Stock Exchange’s largest shareholders are to meet with Nasdaq to discuss the New York-based exchange’s $4.2bn (�3.5bn) offer for the UK bourse.

The news came as the NYSE Group, widely regarded seen as a potential counter-bidder, faced pressure from its second largest shareholder to avoid a bidding war for the LSE.
