一 学习的动力、梦想板：深入了解异国文化，寻找中华图腾之策；2008奥运藉英语与演讲展露头角；赖以生存的终生工具！已经学了一○年英语，一定要突破！超越伍杰，追赶李阳！ps：用英语风度翩翩的演讲，一定可以倾倒一大片mm啊。。。^_^^_^^_^ 母亲一定会为有这么一个优秀的儿子感到高兴的，我决不能让父母感到失望

二 学习的方法：
1,利用一切机会利用本身和外部的能量为自己创造动力：热爱丢脸；公众承诺。
2,把成功学学习、专业英语学习和英语学习结合起来。每天写用正确的方法写英语日记。
3,每天至少学习四小时。假期每天10小时。
4,每天锻炼身体，立卧撑或俯卧撑15个以上。dynamic
5,每7天休息一天

我一定不会让大家失望
演讲我现在已经突破
现在也在校内外作了不少演讲。讲得比较多的主题是《演讲成功之路》，励志性质。
9月份的演讲一定邀请大家参加。
现在英语成了我的瓶颈。以往遇到小的瓶颈还可以凭着一时的冲劲走过，但学英语确实需要长期的支持。。。我下了好几次决心，还是失败。我一直都自豪比一般人勇敢能耐，但是英语对我来说仍是遥不可及！
可见突破英语真的好难，能到达顶峰的人确实是凤毛麟角。
如果我突破了，我就是凤毛麟角!
如果我回避，我就是芸芸众生，市井之徒！我会遗憾终生。想一想在临终的时候，叹着气对后人说：“要是我当初突破英语就好了，我的人生就不会像现在一样了。。。“即使啸傲一生，那时也会显得多么懦弱无助，无能为力啊！我会多么痛心啊！
而现在，一次有一次的下决心，一次有一次的放弃。最后只会发现，一次有一次的浪费了宝贵的青春。想一想我的梦想吧：成为地球村的企业家和领袖，突破英语，可极大地提高交往的平台，如果不能突破，我看不出作为一个平民百姓、弱势群体，我会有什么出头之日？何谈汇聚人心？

things i do today:get up at 7.do exercise to improve my voice.then meet kenton and we go to church in haidian together with other two guys.it's estern day and there many people,most of which r chirstian.then we go to mcdonald and have some coffee while kenton tell us many story about jesus.he think he is a force for god to china and help the people.we have lunch together and kenton pay it for me.thanks god for giving me such a good friend. i have class for three hours in beijing science and technology university in the afternoon.it is about how to become a professional manager.the teacher is very humous.
i make a schedule to improve my english in order to give a speech by english in beijing forein language university in september.i feel good.i feel great.i will make my dream become true!
Q:1,gain:knowledge about church ang the eastern day and personality of professional managers.a good friend.

things i have done:listen to VOA.do execise to improve my voice.have class.go to CAU and then decide to give a speech in a teacher's class at night.so i spend a whole afternoon at CAU(the western part).i become more ware of my speech to all the universities dring the time.it's a geat afternoon.then my assistant Chunlei Wang come and i begin my speech at 6:30.the teaher make a wonderful summary of my speech.how gratful i am to him and Yubing Liu. a boy and a girl are exchange mobilephone number when i get out of the classroom.then we go back to our university and then have supper at the campus dinning hall togther.
1gain:how to prepare a better speech.good friends Mr.Shi and Yubing.and Wang is on the bill,which shows he is more willing to help me.thanks!

For we charge our twodays' speech,someone told the headmster's assit and she didn't agree with us.so i and Xie go to her room and explained that.we perfomance well when we are in a bad situation.it's a big deal for our group.i come to english corner at night and chat with Pipi.i tell her much things from my heart and then i feel better.i have changes much.it's an unbeliveable things for me to do before.i just didn't want to share my inner world with others.but now i can/do things u fear and challenge urself.thoug she don't konw the true meanging of my words,i feel good when i speak out.i also date Meng at 10:30.she still has a injury in her waist.i hope i can do sth for her.
1gain:how to face a bad situation:never be huryy .cool it first and then try to learn each other more.all the purpose is positive but the way is wrong.
2better:to control my feeling.i can do more things if i am in a good situation.but sth hapeens or i am in a low mood of my life period and i perform badly.

things i have done today:today is a bad day.i got up later at 8:00.and then have class.
i go back to dorm at 10:00 and practice situation four.i spend a whole afternoon to foucs on the CSL football games which shows i am still in a low mooth. at ninght i pratice english again.
1gain:to know more deeply about my disadvantage in my personality.i am supposed to overcome it and performance better when i am in a lower situation again.
2better:observe myself and find a way to coach myself.action is more important.when i was once again in this situation,what can i do without heistation?whitout have no progress but do bad things to my future?
3enjoy:now i throw a kiss to myself.

1,do regular exercise
2,have class in beijing seience and technology university.
3,prepare for 101 partime job
