搞了半天我原来还没有彻底弄懂纵向法呵呵
能不能指教一下，比如：以单词catch为例，您能不能把用纵向法要抄和读的内容贴一下？

那么是全部抄完读呢，还是抄一层读一层？或者是从后面往前读？
你先抄写catch 单词一页下来，然后进行朗读全文。以后各层就不用抄写了，一层一层朗读到出现一个理解的单词以后，进行返回练习到原来的catch就结束了。（返回的时候出现不会的单词也是进行纵向各层朗读理解以后返回，到一个单词内容也没有生词以后返回上面一层）。
谢了，对着电脑学我不习惯，不抄怎么一层一层朗读呢，记页码么？
如果不用电子版字典和英文通很难保证质量、速度和效率。特别是一天朗读理解100以上单词，进进退退后没有电子字典没有记忆，查找浪费精力，没有英文通软件无法保证各个层次结构目录、文本记忆清楚，无法保证一天练习的全部生词没有罗网的。前面就是因为一位网友采用手工抄写练习了几个月还没有达到全天理解目标，而且会出现遗忘现象。记页码速度也太慢。
我练习的纵向法是既特别强调朗读，又特别强调抄写，更强调一天内全部理解的方法。
最好还是到示范的软件里面下载进行对比练习比较明白，采用文字解决非常困难。
每天抄写一个单词就可以了，只要抄写的单词所有层次应该当天全部完成朗读理解。这个目标应该在一个月内完成。应该达到一天理解1000单词目标，练习到理解1万单词为止。
大面积同时朗读全面抄写，应该在全部朗读理解完成后进行，一天抄写目标还是应该达到50-100速度为好。至少抄写1000页-2000页，将全部五星单词抄写朗读完毕。总目标两个月，巩固到3个月左右结束第三阶段。如果只是达到朗读理解没有障碍，一个月即可。
你说每天抄一个主体单词，但长单词还是要两个小时以上，我想是不是可以用纵向法先读二周或三周，这样四星和五星的单词都熟了，再开始一天一个，再到二个，以后慢慢增加，反而更快。这样可以吗？
可以先进行朗读理解练习：输入一个单词到电子字典，点击里面不会的第一个单词进行朗读，并复制单词到记事本上进行上下排列，第一天就朗读不同几十个层次到理解一个单词，然后返回朗读一遍，初步尝试当天朗读理解这些单词的感觉。电子字典层次进退顺序保持记忆，将复制的单词顺序发送到网页上面。
然后在开始返回的单词进行详细返回练习，复制单词上传到网页。达到一天全部朗读理解全部练习的单词目标。朗读理解数量一天最少练习100以上单词，理解1000-2000单词意义。持续一月到二月时间，达到朗读理解1万单词。
朗读目标实现以后，进行抄写专项练习，不是一个一个单词增加抄写，而是练习一天至少抄写50-100单词，持续到抄写2000-3000页单词数量。
