从头来过.....................

准备下周一开始进行压码听懂练习，今天先开始热身

因为今、明、后三天都有有全天的时间，所以加大一下量

作业：
1.30%速度抄写1~3册共计36课课文一遍，基本上可以跟上，第三册偶尔会掉句，抄写309时抓狂，Carol一个人不停地说，听得乱糟糟的，到最后还是跟丢了两句，除了右手手指有些疼无其它不适感觉；
2.跟读1册12课一遍；

问题：
1.在抄写过程中思绪有时会飘来飘去，甚至有时会想到生活中的一些事，说明还有空余，可是手抄的速度感觉已经到极限了，不知道应该怎么解决？
2.滞后一句进行抄写，那注意力应该放到听后一句上还是回想前一句上？这个关系总是处理不好，老是跳来跳去的
3.1~12一口气抄写完与单册循环抄写有什么区别吗？

抄写1~2册课文一遍，跟读第一册，练习101文本

问题：
1.现在听任何语音都在心里默默跟读，休息时不是刻意的也可以做到，应该算是在压码了吧，陌生语音跟上了感觉还不错，可是《你好美国》的语音跟读时反而感觉影响理解，因为注意力全在声音上了，这种情况到什么时候会有所改观？
2.听陌生语音可以跟读上，但看着该语音的文本时却跟读不上了，是不是因为注意力分散在文本上，而文本上很多单词没有见过，所以在读的过程中会有停顿？
3.现在一直困惑我的最大问题，前段时间读了一段时间的英英字典（只能是跟读罢了，因为什么都不理解），所以对许多单词的读音比较熟悉了（从没有看过中文意思），看一些简单的东西都能读下来，可是我不明白是什么意思，就连书虫初级读本都不明白，一直在想，是否应该看一下单词的中文意思，是否是应该了解一下基本语法知识，论坛上每位学友都说自己是零基础，可是像我这样的情况估计还真不多见，能听清多数语音，能跟读床头灯英语 名著缩写 MP3这样的语音，却连300单词的书虫读本都不知道是什么意思，至于《你好美国》前面的语音听得烂了，能猜出故事梗概，但是单拿出一句话我就傻了...............感觉糟透了................

极度郁闷时我会休息几天的，但基本上没有间断过，我想以后也不会................

看了你的日记，想起了我当初开始要＂以英语来学习英语＂时的所有一系列疑问，比如说＂我的基础这么差，一个单词都读不懂，以后会懂吗？＂一直以来很多人都怀疑＂用英文来学英文＂是否能达到最终的理解并懂得，诚然这个过程谁都会觉得不可思议，因为我们并非出生并生活在英语母语国家中，要想像那种过程实在不可能，而实际在你开始的时候也不可能想得出那是一种怎么样的状态，所以最好的做法就是 ligengbeng 老师说那样在＂  让我们共同学习，共同进步！＂只能一边走一边体会了．现在最好的是孙老师同我们一起走路．
这里的＂脑震荡＂兄是英语千万成功者之一到现在也有相当水平了的，而千万法是同压码法和千万法有千丝万缕联系，在原理上是一样的＂以英语来学习英语＂不用翻译，不用学习语法，而孙老师的压码法是一个高度的提炼的过程，因为你没有学习过千万所以无法理解和体会到压码之精妙之处，也无法体会到千万法过程要达到＂懂英语＂的过程，是何其艰难．
学英语重要的是坚持，一天一天的坚持，你会发现自己居然也那么有奈心，而至于过程所出现有问题都会随着你的坚持而慢慢解决，不需要担心，你自己也不需要去探讨了，就紧跟孙老师走就好了，当你成功了你才会发现你以前想了很不必要的东西．虽然讨论能够增加你对方法本身的理解，但是为了这个理解花费了那么多的时间话到头来你可能会觉得不值得了．
而当你觉得会走神时，请放松一下，用孙老师的呼吸调节一下．会慢慢好点．可能这个过程一直会伴随你，而你有时候也只能这样了，反正人的一生活的问题只能一边走一边解决，而且很有可能是自己的一个错觉，当有一天你强大起来了，你就不会再那样无奈和孤独了．

压码抄写最重要的并不是速度的问题，解决的是音形对照的问题，不要只是将你的注意力集中在抄上，压码听音很重要。
