    1.学习归纳关键词组，课文是以一个关键练习的词组引导整篇课文，从基本词组到短语到基本句子再到复杂句子的合成顺序进行的。
    2.变换词性和时态的词组和单词，区分单词的异同点，可以用复制的全部一个段落句子群内进行复制原形和变形单词；
    3.注意人称对应的句子变化、时态对应的句子变化，将原句子和变换的句子进行对照压码回想。
    4.对于从文本上不能区分性别的要从语音中辨别男女性别的单词变换，边听语音边整理、修改。
    5.整理词组不是整理生词，而是整理熟词。

　　最近两周没有上机。但一直在听英语，思考问题。以第一册的课文为例子来说明。

　　第一课的训练：
　　基本功一：看着文本，压音一遍；  5分钟听清
　　基本功二：不看文本，听音一遍；  5分钟听懂
　　基本功三：看着文本，默唱一遍；  5分钟会说
　　基本功四：不看文本，说唱一遍；  5分钟会用
　　　　　　　掌握课文，目标实现。

　　第二课的训练：
　　基本功一：看着文本，压音一遍；  5分钟听清
　　基本功二：不看文本，听音一遍；  5分钟听懂
　　基本功三：看着文本，默唱一遍；  5分钟会说
　　基本功四：不看文本，说唱一遍；  5分钟会用
　　　　　　　掌握课文，目标实现。

　　我想这个是可以实现的。有一个前提条件是：前面的第一课的内容是已经掌握，并且熟记于心。这样第二课，增加一点的新内容，完全听懂。
　　刚开始时，听不懂的地方，就是Robert的讲话。对于课文中的语句好掌握。互动磁带练习的文章中，Robert的讲话，搞不懂。看着文本，压音一遍，好像是明白的，但不看文本，就听不懂了。
　　如何做到四个5分钟都是有效时间，每一遍都达到目标。这就是一个基本功的训练。这不是一天两天就可以达到。但要按这个要求来练习。
　　培养自己，时刻把握自己的注意力，不能走神，这是过去的大毛病。可是一下子，就专注起来，改掉陋习，也是不现实的。需要设计一个渐进的方式。用分段的方法，来完成一课的训练。
　　我试验的方法是：在每课的第一段上，看着文本，压音十次左右。第一段的练习只所以要听多遍，就和唱歌练习一样，一首歌，只要第一段唱好了，其后的几段很快就会掌握。所以每课的第一段，都是很重要的。第一段熟练运用后，再进行第二段。第二段的次数，会大大小于第一段的次数，并且后面的各段，所听次数会越来越少。
　　一开始就用一课来压码，会因为跟不上等等各方面原因，不能坚持到底。这中间肯定要走神的。但一小段来处理，就很容易实现。把文章分段处理。每一段都用一个关键词或词组做一个标题。用画思维脑图的方法来记忆。这样每一天都比上一天，注意力方面有一点进步。
　　把语音播放的速度，放慢到40%左右，来进行训练。在练习时，会发现一个速度，是自己比较喜欢的速度。我喜欢的是40%的速度，因为用这个速度，我会变得从容地去完成任务实现目标。可以从容地压码听清句子，可以从容地压码听懂句子，可以从容地手画写出句子，可以从容地压码跟读句子，可以从容地压码默唱句子，可以从容地压码说唱句子。特别强调“从容地”这个词。我一贯都是着急跟不上，那用慢速度，解决了我大脑反应慢的问题。跟得上，人就变得从容了。人从容了，吸收的知识量就多了。
