因这几天工作加班,课程学习推后完成补上。

注释2008-05-28:
    今天看,这段作业做得粗糙。由此也想到下一步的学习,就是把十二册的作业重新再做一遍。这次也许会做得到位一点。达到孙老师的要求,可能还不能实现。经过几次的反复练习,力争早日实现目标。别人一遍就实现,我想通过三四遍来完成。

注释2008-07-28:
    今天看当时情形,只是听着语音,不同步地、草草地、在word中,把互动文本的格式,改变了一下,放到网上,一天的作业,就算全部完成。现在想来,当时需要解决的问题:
    一是如何在每天有限宝贵短暂的时间段里,克服分神的毛病?
    二是如何在每天的工作学习中,避免心急火撩的心态出现?


下面是星空给我的建议,摘录如下:

李老师:
  您好,我也会出现这个走神的问题,从自千万法到现在,这么长的时间,都一直伴随出现这个问题。以前学千万时,我的做法是,一旦发现自己有点走神,就努力控制,把注意力拉回到英语上。所以一直来我也觉得闷。现在我进行压码听懂的做法:
    一是听到一句压码回想一句,再有空余时间,就回想前两句,或者甚至前三句...,尽量朝这个目标前进。
    二是用压码呼吸法,慢慢调整呼吸的,我觉得这个过程,十分有效地达到阻止思维发散,和集中精力的过程。

        每天的听力没有停,但不做作业,学习效果受影响。前面的几课的素材,还未做整理工作。

没有做的就不要补了,那样反而给自己制造压力。
整理文本是练习的一个过程,和练习听力不矛盾,就是整理文本要将所有人物全部去掉,将每个部分的文本连接起来,这样才看得清楚,请你参考一下zjhfyf的样式。

李老师,我以前整理时也是没有去掉前面的所有人物,后来孙老师指点了一下,感觉这样思路更清唽一些了,不过现在还是达不到整理完毕后记住所有文本和语音的境界,我想可能还是没有抓住重点,练习的时间还不够,应该时时告诫自己:不要急躁,脚踏实地

BOOK THREE LESSON ONE(压码听懂体会2008-01-16)
  今天开始,从第三册重新练习。因为前段时间学习不太到位。今天头一次感觉到可以记住课文。想记住课文的条件是,作业必须认真去做。这样,每一段的内容才会记住。想像着自己去supermarket, you are the customer or you are the produce clerk 。
  听音时,需要注意的地方:they're  we're produce section.  these look good.  your shopping cart is almost empty.

2008-01-19:
      今天再听第一课。需要注意的读音是they're. ripe的P弱读。These look good! 这个句子要特别注意。I'm on my way home.
