            按照孙老师的要求，一篇课文听清，应该是在只是听音不看文本时，磁带还没有到，就可以想出那句话的声音和文本。想想平时还是没有严格要求自己，经常是注音一遍放在网上，后面有事情要做，一天再也没有做其他功课，这篇课文就学习完成了。明天就又是新的一课。在这种状态下进行了一年多的时间，现在的进步还是明显的。简单的句子一遍就可以记住。开始入门。对于学习十几年没有效果，这样的学习方法还是很有效的。每天抽出一点时间，两年我想就可以达到很高的水平。开始时的主要工作就是：克服急躁，放稳心态。

        几天来看孙老师的文章，收获大大。每天的学习动力增加，学习时间延长。下午很累时，就唱歌休息。发现唱歌水平也见长。语言和唱歌有共通的地方。言归正传。听清练习之前，按孙老师文章中要求，先抄写一遍的要求，把第六册第十课先打字一遍。在听后增了一个跟读。体会有五。
        一是注音时只写的都是辅音字母，现在打字出现漏元音字母的情况，练习一会儿就好多了，看来每天还是要打一篇课文练习。
        二是利用软件校对：Draft Comparator（普特听力论坛专用听写稿校对器）可以对打字的正确否进行校对，方便实用。
        三是注音是用20%的速度进行。但听清练习时应该提高速度。否则在听其他的语音时会跟不上，反应跟不上。就不能听懂。但用多少速度为合适。如果听第一遍用40%，第二遍用80%，第三遍用120%。是否可行。
        四是用软件跟读：Adobe Audition3.0（绿色版无需安装）可以很方便的录音比较。但不能变速。Transcribe! （绿色版无需安装）可以变速，但变速后声音有一点点失真，主要是声波线快速左移，让人眼睛很累。而前者是声波线不动。
         五是跟读在什么时候切入的问题。跟读一开始就进入，可能很长时间都读不准。因为还没有真正听清。再一个就是朗读什么时候切入的问题。如果每天都朗读，可能会不好听的发音，一直保持不能改掉。

听、说、读、写，是应该有一定的顺序才行。
以零基础开始，学习应该是：

先听，一直听，听到能够读为止；（这里的读是跟读还是朗读？）
再读，一直读，读到能够背为止；

抄写，一直抄，抄到能够听写为止。
听、说、读、写，

这个不符合压码法的基本原理和练习方法。
这样英语零基础肯定无法成功，可能是新闻的一个练习体会，新闻也不是这样参加辅导学习和练习成功的。
压码零基础成功简单概括：
听到的听清，
听清的抄写出来，
抄写的读出来，
读出来的读懂、看懂、听懂，
理解的压码记住音、形、义，
就可以听说读写，英语就成功了。
对应的每一步骤都有相应的方法来实现，既有循序渐进连贯动作顺序的方法，又有跳跃的方法，是一个具有完整学习的体系。
所以压码法绝对不是传统的“听说读背写”的方法。这一点一定要理解和领会到。

        今天想到不能翻译的问题。那么在不听语音，单纯阅读文本时，就存在着一个翻译的过程。如果跟读的话就不会翻译。这让我想到是否是不要默看文本，看文本时最好是跟读。但是跟读是有声音相伴的。不是什么时候都有条件听着语音。但朗读的话，我想是水平达到一定的标准，才能朗读。否则读得怪腔怪调。
        翻译一直都没有引起高度重视。因为总想着，有一个拐杖帮助是必须的，因为不会走路嘛。今天发现能理解了文本，但要想记住，用翻译这个拐杖就不灵了。因为英文翻译成中文记住，中文翻译成英文说出，就会大大影响到英语思维，或者说没有英语的思维了。那么怎样可以隔断翻译这个工序，让大脑没有翻译的时间？那就是看文本时出声音，这里的声音不是一定让别人听到的声音，而是自己想出来的声音。就是想办法不让自己有翻译的时间。别人会有疑问，不翻译怎么会懂呢？不管懂不懂就只是看着文本跟读（或默读）着。
        是不是开始翻译是个过渡阶段，进入到一定的时期，就自然不去翻译的呢？我不清楚。虽然从第一天学习英语时就知道不要翻译，但总是没有把它当成事，去特别注意如何不翻译。就像我教别人学习五笔时，就不让翻译，但一般人做不到，所以学习进度不理想，我也没有想出好的办法来。其实我们在学习任何知识时，都存在着介入的问题。再次看文章：《实修中见功夫》。旁观者清。就像听音乐，没有歌词，听得很放松很愉悦。听英语也应该达到这样的状态。人生下来就喜欢听音乐。如果把英语配上自己喜欢的音乐来听，将会如何？
       上午看《鲁豫有约催眠秀》，格兰与戴文的催眠引导词是和调整呼吸有关联。而我们在听清练习时，是要求调整呼吸，我认为是使自己处于一种状态，完全放松，不去介入，只是听的状态。就像被催眠的状态，语音说什么，就听什么。你在公车上，突然醒来，知道自己到站了，这之前发生什么事情都不记得了。这就是一种催眠，你并没有睡觉，眼睛是睁着的。我们能否把自己放在这样的状态里，让听清的语音成为一个指导师的说话，成为一种催眠下的听清。
        调整呼吸是一项重要的训练。但如何能很快去掌握，还是要找到简捷的入门。《鲁豫有约催眠秀》中有一个测试从中选择易被催眠的人群的引导词，其中有一句话印象很深，选择一个让你可以放松的地方，我想来想去也没有找到自己可以放松的地方，我感到在什么时候，都是在想着将应该做些什么事情，从来也没有给自己找一个地方或一个片刻，让自己全身心的放松一下。睡觉做梦也是在做什么工作。这可能是我的英语学习不能达到很好效果的原因吧。太过于紧张了。

      只是注意而不干涉，这种心态是禅修的关键。这里有两大部分，第一部分是“只是注意”，修行者要有敏锐觉察事物的能力，对内在的感受或心念需要有觉察力；第二个部分是对觉察到的事物不干涉，完全经平等心视之。以禅修的术语来说，第一部分是正念，第二部分是平等心。

      觉察事物的能力训练，可以通过观呼吸加以提升。这是最简便的方法，当你注意一呼一吸，进进出出的气息可以提起你的注意，你可以从留意它们来训练自己的正念。同时，注意日常的动作也是一个训练的途径，当抬手时注意抬手，当行走时注意行走。日常生活中，身体的动作是不间断的，只要你留意，这会提升你的注意力，使你的觉察能力得到煅练。

      只是观察而不介入，这种心境需要训练才能获得。这就是说，修行者要投入时间进行训练；只是理解，这部分的内容并不多，但要真正地理解这一部分，修行者必须注重实际，进行练习，这是掌握这部分能力的不二法门，练习是修习的基础，只有亲自练习，掌握才有可能，所以我们说，练习是进入修行的门径。

      我们以“只是倾听”为例，不论心念或感受如何变幻，你能否随它变幻而不干涉，如果你尝试一下，你会发现很难做到。你必须要介入，你似乎在没有思想的一瞬间，你已经介入其中了。你会发现，没有扎实的训练，即使禅修的第一步都很难迈出。

      人们已经养成了介入的习惯，这是与生俱来的，人们似乎没有能力只是站在外面观察。对感受的执着，对好的贪爱，对不舒适的排斥，人们全心全意地在做这些工作。这里需要练习，只是看，而不介入。关于这部分，可以采用单项练习——在这一点上训练数月是很有必要的。

      心念是无休无止的，身体上的感受也是此起彼伏，你只对它看而不要介入。佛陀在《大念住经》中说：他观察生起的感受，他观察灭去的感受，他观察不断生起、灭去的感受。在实际禅修中要落实佛陀的这个教导，修行者必须要有觉察力和平等心，这二个条件具备了，他才能观察到生起的感受，灭去的感受，以及生起的念头和灭去的念头。

      未经训练的人观察不到生起灭去的念头和感受，其原因是，他受到喜爱和排斥的影响太重。当感受或念头生起，他无法注意到生起，他只是对这一事物表示喜爱或反感，这导致观察不能进行。

      所以禅修的基本能力是这二条：觉察和平等心。能力是训练出来的，没有训练是无法具有的，虽然人们通过阅读知道要观察生起与消失的感受和念头，但现实中他可能无法注意到这些，这是训练不够。

      当感受一生起，你要即刻警觉，知道感受生起了。如果你以感受为观察的对象，你要紧盯感受，不能让它从你的觉察中滑过去而你并不知道。精进的修行人，如果有感受他没有觉察到，他视这为他的辱，他就是以这种精神来训练自己的觉察力。

      觉知感受或念头，只是知道它们而不陷入。它们在运作，而你只是知道，心在构想工作，在构想一些生活中的杂事，而你觉知到这些，你看着它，就象你看着小孩子在玩耍一样，你让它玩耍，你知道它在玩耍。如果你陷入，这就不是禅修了。修行成熟的人，带着这觉知的心，他可以做任何事，工作、思考、运动，只要在戒律和道德的范围内的事，他都可以去做，但他有一颗留意它们的心，他知道这是念头，这是感受，而他能够观察而不介入。

      如果禅修者在这基础上修习，如此反复地进行观察练习，他的觉察能力就很敏捷，心非常清晰，同时，他也能对所观察到的事物保持平等心。其实，当你能观察到外在的一切事情只是内在的一个认识，到了那个时候，平等心就更加容易保持，那是毫不费力的。

      练习第一部分的觉察力，修行者必须要勤奋。这部分的内容很单纯，只是觉察一切就可以了，觉察的对象可以是任何事物，例如呼吸、动作、心态、感受等，这部分没有太多要讲的道理，唯一需要的是练习者的勤劳素质，他能不怕苦，不怕烦，能够精进地保持练习。

      第二部分的平等心，这部分的练习要在觉察力的基础上进行。当你觉察到感受，例如是舒适的感受，你只要知道它是舒适就可以了，保持你的觉察，不要让心扑过去，贪恋它；如果觉察力强的话，贪恋的习气会少一些。例如疼痛的感觉，觉察到只是疼痛，不要排斥它，如果排斥，会加重疼痛；如果你的平等心保持的好，你会感觉到疼痛与以往不同，它其实并不是一种痛苦。

      平等心就是全盘接受，对自己感知的，统统加以接受，不反感，也不贪恋，让它们都保持在觉知的基础上，这需要在实际当中加以练习——它是一种能力。当感受出现时，直面这些感受，不排斥，不执着，只是保持纯粹的感知。感知它的真面目，体味它，品尝它。这要培育出敏锐的感知力，然后你才可以切近它们，你越是对其有切近感，你越有了解它们的可能。你越是有平等心，你对它们的觉察就越接近本来的真相。

      对于禅修者来说，灭除痛苦是最重要的，人们把它视为最重要的目标。要实现这目标，你必须要不懈地努力，全身心地投入。只要拥有这种动力，止息内在痛苦的目标在今生完全可以达到。只要努力，一切皆有可能。实修必须要有这种内在的动力，你要亲自进行观察，亲自接触身心实相，亲自探索真理——这就是实修——修行的功夫完全要体现在这里。

2009-02-12：昨天晚上，为一件事情生气。马上警觉，放下，只是几钞种，转出，平静。今天依然。以前总为这事那事生气着急上火。现在看来一场空。

        我把《般若波罗密多心经》和课文同时播放。以往太想知道每一句话是在说什么。越想知道越搞得心焦，最简单的句子，昨天会的，今天又不会了。“照见五蕴皆空，渡一切苦厄"。"心无挂碍，心无恐怖，远离颠倒梦想，究竟涅槃"。什么都不想，自己是一个局外人，在看着他们在说话。

        昨天一早和朋友出门，很晚才回来，玩了一天。作业只是复习了第十二课。这几天感觉有一个进步，就是专心致志去听清练习。中间分神不去管它了。过去很多时候会被“拖走”。不介入，平等心，很受教育。原来是一来杂念，就说自己多不用功，为什么又让思想开小差，其实出现状况，正说明自己专注在某件事上。只要不介入和平等心，问题就会迎刃而解。这是我感觉近日最大的收获。过去遇分神时，只是负面的报怨自己无能。现在看好应对。
        默读课八课到二点。今天早晨起来，看到孙老师关于摘新闻很老旧帖的回复。看来一步一动，并不是第一阶段只做听清，下一个阶段只做抄写，再一个阶段只做跟读。有一种学习英语的做法是分五个阶段，一个阶段只做一件事情。可能深受其影响。下面是孙老师的话，我理解是学习时是一次只学一个方法，但应用时每天各种方法都得操练一遍。三部曲，都要做，一步不能省。这三步是：
        不能说我听清了，但不能听写，这说明没有听清。形的掌握，压码听清练习。
        不能说我听清了，但不能跟读，这说明没有听清。音的掌握，压码抄写练习。
        不能说我听清了，但不能理解，这说明没有听清。义的掌握，压码听懂练习。

        各项基础训练准备时间问题。我体会如下：
        刚开始时就打字抄写，因为 打字水平不够，就干扰了听清。根本压不住码，只是在想这个字母在什么地方，用哪个指头操作等和指法有关的问题。虽然用20%的速度跟打，语音走了老远，字还没有写出几个来。要想跟上，错误惊人。要有一个阶段，来练习打字过关，才能把注意力放在听清抄写上。这个我用了二个月左右的时间。如果用手抄写可能适应的快一点。但我想电脑打字，是一个必做的功课，早晚都需要做。必须花费一些时间来完成。这不是压码学习的时间，而主要是打字练习的阶段。
        刚开始时就听清跟读，因为发音的模仿，有一个负影响存在，这就干扰了听清。因为过去有英语学习的经历。所以在发音上的毛病太多，跟读很容易就回到错误的发音上。所以磨耳朵，让它知道真实的音是什么，着实很费周折。当时是今天这样试，明天那样试，我想孙老师可能想，这个学生如此不专注，今天喜欢这个方法，明天喜欢那个方法。究竟想学什么。其实就有一个想法，把语音拉上正轨。这比起打字，可是项费九牛二虎之力的重头戏训练。因为只关注读音，开始时觉得每个句子的发音，都是前所未有的发音。相同的句子每一遍也是不相 同。不知如何下嘴，课文的文本上满篇的汉字标注，注意力全部用在看字读音上。所以听清的练习，是停顿、停顿、停顿，根本不能压码听清一气呵成。汉字成了“风景”，总是得停下来“端详"。只有练习过关了，才能把注意力放在听清跟读上。这个我花费了半年多的时间。
        刚开始时就听清听懂， 根本读不懂，根本听不懂，根本看不懂。怎样做就是不懂。一个单词不认识，这句话就不懂了。一句话单词没有一个不认识的，还是不懂。让人上火。学英语为什么，不就是要会用，什么不懂还学什么。孙老师说，有一天会突然全部懂了，”压码听懂“的概念，是可以理解并能把课文呼呼地说个不停。哪一天啊？真是急死个人。一学习英语，就跟自己生气较劲，脑子不是说想英语，而是念叨报怨：自己为什么那么笨？自己为什么那么笨？自己为什么那么笨？语音一点没听到。这篇课文我该突然全部懂了？没有！下篇课文我该突然全部懂了？没有！一年都过去了，还是一篇也不懂。真不知如何是好。这几天突然开悟，问题在这里啊，课文也就能够看懂了。可能快达到呼呼的冒，我的美好期望。由此观想：
        对于英语基础好的你，跟着孙老师很快修行成功。
        对于英语零基础的他，跟着孙老师立马上路操练。
        对于英语负基础的我，摆正心态，先纠正自己的毛病，补好课。花费上一年半载时间。

这个不符合压码法的基本原理和练习方法。这样英语零基础肯定无法成功。
可能是新闻的一个练习体会，新闻也不是这样参加辅导学习和练习成功的。
压码零基础成功简单概括：
听到的听清，
听清的抄写出来，
抄写的读出来，
读出来的读懂、看懂、听懂，
理解的压码记住音、形、义，
就可以听说读写，英语就成功了。
对应的每一步骤都有相应的方法来实现。
既有循序渐进连贯动作顺序的方法，又有跳跃的方法，是一个具有完整学习的体系。
所以压码法绝对不是传统的“听说读背写”的方法。

理解的正确：
实际上我们辅导学员从压码直通车的起因，就是解决你的这些问题的，辅导压码听清，听清很容易做到只要听到的可以回想出来磁带的语音并压码一个句子就过关了，但是辅导学员并不满足于这个基本要求，而是变速、调整呼吸、深度听清的五个方法到听懂的合成，我可以辅导学员保证压码一个句子，深度听清只要一遍3分钟就学会一个方法，那时候辅导学员可以说达到了同频共振，就是一个学员比一个学员厉害。
看看过去的辅导学员效果日记你会看到遇到基础低、领悟性差的就将一个方法进行分解，分解成一个系列方法，特别典型的是枫叶的压码抄写辅导的分解几乎分解到了一个极限，没有一个学员一天学不会一个方法的，对于基础高的，我们辅导就一直往下冲击，你听清了我要检验，我要你跟读、我注音，学员自己跟读的自己记不住了，但是我注音了你的读音，一个课文3分钟以后，学员每个句子是怎样读的，磁带每个句子是怎样读的我忘不了，我可以逐个句子讲解到精细程度，精细到什么程度，大概一个句子错20处的毛病纠正过来，听清达到我这样程度的英语老师我想不会有第二人可以做到。
别看辅导学员是一次学会一个方法，下次辅导新课新方法，我仍然将压码听清、压码抄写、压码模仿、压码跟读、压码朗读，对上次学员学会的方法进行检验，发现学员问题，当即纠正，再通过新的方法进行检验和纠正进行巩固、提高，各个方法就是，1，12，123，1234，12345这样的顺序进行，课后我并不需要学员学习新课，就是一篇课文几个方法都是它，学员每次都进步巨大，总能检验出学员大量问题纠正到没有问题，下次辅导又能检查出来大量的问题纠正，得到巨大的提高，经过6天辅导前面6个方法就合成了一个方法的六个层面精细的语音、音质，第七天开始就可以压码朗读拓展训练连续说5个小时英语口语了，有的学员就在这个时候就突然成功了，还没有学完全部课程。后面的4次辅导就是在成功的基础上的不同侧面的提高，一次说口语，一次读懂字典，一次看懂电影，一次看懂电视，一次听懂磁带，一次看懂报纸实际上运用的是一个方法的不同表现形式而已。压码法到这里才是真正地一个完整的学习体系。

       每次都用相同的一篇课文，我现在是每天一篇新课文，都没有吃透。
       不是不会方法，而是不知道如何结合的问题。看到这篇文章就清楚了。
       对一篇相同的课文，五个方法依顺序练习一遍。不漏掉每一个环节。
       基础好的学员，六天就可以开口讲话，并且说纯正的英语。

        “各个方法就是，1，12，123，1234，12345这样的顺序进行，课后我并不需要学员学习新课，就是一篇课文几个方法都是它”。
