今天想到不能翻译的问题。那么在不听语音,单纯阅读文本时,就存在着一个翻译的过程。如果跟读的话就不会翻译。这让我想到是否是不要默看文本,看文本时最好是跟读。但是跟读是有声音相伴的。不是什么时候都有条件听着语音。但朗读的话,我想是水平达到一定的标准,才能朗读。否则读得怪腔怪调。
翻译一直都没有引起高度重视。因为总想着,有一个拐杖帮助是必须的,因为不会走路嘛。今天发现能理解了文本,但要想记住,用翻译这个拐杖就不灵了。因为英文翻译成中文记住,中文翻译成英文说出,就会大大影响到英语思维,或者说没有英语的思维了。那么怎样可以隔断翻译这个工序,让大脑没有翻译的时间?那就是看文本时出声音,这里的声音不是一定让别人听到的声音,而是自己想出来的声音。就是想办法不让自己有翻译的时间。别人会有疑问,不翻译怎么会懂呢?不管懂不懂就只是看着文本跟读(或默读)着。
是不是开始翻译是个过渡阶段,进入到一定的时期,就自然不去翻译的呢?我不清楚。虽然从第一天学习英语时就知道不要翻译,但总是没有把它当成事,去特别注意如何不翻译。就像我教别人学习五笔时,就不让翻译,但一般人做不到,所以学习进度不理想,我也没有想出好的办法来。其实我们在学习任何知识时,都存在着介入的问题。再次看文章:《实修中见功夫》。旁观者清。就像听音乐,没有歌词,听得很放松很愉悦。听英语也应该达到这样的状态。人生下来就喜欢听音乐。如果把英语配上自己喜欢的音乐来听,将会如何?
上午看《鲁豫有约催眠秀》,格兰与戴文的催眠引导词是和调整呼吸有关联。而我们在听清练习时,是要求调整呼吸,我认为是使自己处于一种状态,完全放松,不去介入,只是听的状态。就像被催眠的状态,语音说什么,就听什么。你在公车上,突然醒来,知道自己到站了,这之前发生什么事情都不记得了。这就是一种催眠,你并没有睡觉,眼睛是睁着的。我们能否把自己放在这样的状态里,让听清的语音成为一个指导师的说话,成为一种催眠下的听清。
调整呼吸是一项重要的训练。但如何能很快去掌握,还是要找到简捷的入门。《鲁豫有约催眠秀》中有一个测试从中选择易被催眠的人群的引导词,其中有一句话印象很深,选择一个让你可以放松的地方,我想来想去也没有找到自己可以放松的地方,我感到在什么时候,都是在想着将应该做些什么事情,从来也没有给自己找一个地方或一个片刻,让自己全身心的放松一下。睡觉做梦也是在做什么工作。这可能是我的英语学习不能达到很好效果的原因吧。太过于紧张了。
