       每次都用相同的一篇课文,我现在是每天一篇新课文,都没有吃透。
       不是不会方法,而是不知道如何结合的问题。看到这篇文章就清楚了。
       对一篇相同的课文,五个方法依顺序练习一遍。不漏掉每一个环节。
       基础好的学员,六天就可以开口讲话,并且说纯正的英语。

其中:“对一篇相同的课文,五个方法依顺序练习一遍。不漏掉每一个环节。”
实际上还不是这样,它是辅导学员一篇课文,循序渐进辅导、检验、纠正、提高,一篇课文就结束了全部方法,而练习的时候如果学员还是这样练习就不行了,进度及其缓慢,学会方法了就要大量练习而不是一篇课文练习很多方法。你的问题主要是没有练习过一次全部方法一篇课文全部达标的问题,存在的问题没有得到及时纠正,就没有彻底掌握各个方法之间的关系,所以练习大量课文的时候没有抓住主要矛盾。

研读《孙裕亭老师文章》
       压码法使用的教材是你好美国。

        学习方法是只用一篇课文,一天学会一个方法练习,既不是一课一课往下学习,也不是一册一册学习,也不是一盘磁带一盘磁带学习,也不是用一盘磁带学会各个方法,而是就只有一篇课文,就学会了全部方法,每个方法都用这同一课学习,循序渐进、层层深化,在最短时间内学会压码法的全部方法,磨刀不误砍柴工。和一个方法一个阶段来比较,一个阶段往往几个月还练习不好,这里一天就学会了一个方法,一天就听清了,抄写还在深化听清,注音还在深化抄写和听清,模仿还在深化注音、抄写和听清,跟读还在深化模仿和注音,朗读全面检验和深化,后面方法是前面的补充和深化,从学会方法的速度和深度是最优、最节省的。
        学会方法以后,你不能再用一篇课文练习全部方法,要只练习一个方法,一课一课学习,一册一册学习,和传统学习方法不同的是,可能传统方法,一年才学习一册的内容,用压码法一天就练习完了一册。从练习的内容,掌握的英语数量最高效。

        压码抄写我是有体会的,每天可以抄写完成一册书。是在没有练习听清下抄写的,收获已经不小,不再提笔记字。今天我想,可以理解孙老师说:一旦掌握了十种方法,压码抄写时,就不单是抄写,会用到其它各种方法。缺什么就用什么补。虽然这时是压码抄写,但发现这课的语速感觉到快,不太适应,就可以用模仿来补。(待补写,因为现在有许多方法没有练习)

第三块:字典是一个好工具,”义出“了就通过。(纵向查字典)        



听清是压码法的综合应用

        孙老师说:1.听清是语言的土壤  不够押韵,感觉压码和种地差不多,要想优质高产,都离不开上面的因素,英语是首先需要听清,听清就象种地用的土壤一样,没有打通的耳朵的高度灵敏度,就象遇到一块盐碱地一样,怎样用功学习,都是白忙呼。

        我的体会:压码听清一句话,如果单纯说听清,就是听到一句话,能够回想出一句话,是在看着文本的情况下。但是深度听清,就不是这样的。不看任何东西,听到某人一说这句话,马上就在脑子里出声出字出义。就像我们听到别人说英语“邮局”,脑子里立马有声有字有义。
         听说:邮局(这里是为了举例方便,其实应该是听到一句话)
         声出:“泡丝-到非丝” (汉语标音,来示范声出的情况,真实应该是声出的地道的语音)
         字出:post office   (一闪而出单词,闭眼感觉一下)          
         义出:一个场景(一种体验):就像你就站在经常去的那个邮局(体验是针对抽象词)
         这样的听清就是一个综合的听清。
         这说明听写(抄写)是通过了,因为“字出”了。
         这说明注音、模仿、跟读和朗读、朗读拓展训练说口语,四项学习也是通过了,因为“声出”了。
         这说明纵向查字典也通过了,因为“义出”了。
         在这种情况下看电影和读报刊就成为家常便饭。说明已经从入门向高级飞跃。

        孙老师说2.抄写是语言的肥料:抄写就象农民给庄稼施肥一样,英语的庄稼长的是否肥壮可就是靠它了,看着苗不壮的时候,可不能忘了经常追追肥,补充一些语言语音和拼写的营养成分。抄写的质量和速度要合理搭配,抄写和听写要合理应用,都不可偏废,英语零基础起步可就靠抄写了,长期练习进步不大的时候,要问问自己,平时常给语言这块庄稼地,施肥压码抄写(听写)没有?

        我的体会:压码抄写是一门必修课,因为想实现“字出”,必须通过了听写这一关。但对于一上手就听写,效率很低。通过抄写过渡,就简单易行。孙老师把它放在第二个来介绍,我想压码一般听清后,就花上12天,每天抄写一册12课的课文,这样成就感和亲和力建立起来了。想放弃停下来的念头没有了。这是我的想法不一定对。一切都不管,就只管抄写。当然压码抄写时,各种方法都能派上用场。压码听清是必不可少的,压码注音也是用得上的。抄写时会在耳朵听着生疏的字上注音。模仿、跟读和朗读、朗读拓展训练说口语,这三项先不练。我准备明天再做一遍抄写,体会和再写这段。



第二块:注音是一门基本功,“声出“了就通过。(注音包括五项:注音、模仿、跟读、朗读、朗读拓展训练说口语)

        孙老师说3.注音是语言的水分:注音是语言的水分,可不是给语言注水啊。这里都是注音的是精华,是语言的生命之水,对于语音不够精细的,压码记忆力不够高的学员,注意了要勤给语言浇灌,大水漫灌,不留漏洞,精确到语音特征层面。
        孙老师说4.模仿是语言的种子:模仿就象语言的种子一样,原来磁带的语音是怎样的种子,模仿出来就是怎样的品种,这才是种瓜的瓜、种豆的豆。我们压码法的语言种子,可是优良品种,是我们通过共鸣发音的一口气40个句子,六大部位流动变换频率,和腹部呼吸一口气成千上万个句子的精心培养的一篇文章。一口气一气呵成的语言种子,达到精细到音质、音色的程度。
        孙老师说5.跟读是语言的密度:跟读就象种庄稼的合理密植一样,使得语言快慢练习错落有秩,“稀留密、密留稀、不稀不密留大的”,慢速练习精度、快速练习流利,看看辅导压码跟读,是不是这样从超级低速,到超级高速练习都到位,然后跟读实况英语连续几个小时吗?跟读的快慢合理搭配,是不是比其他任何方法更强调,慢和快是压码的两个秘密武器,要合理密植。
        孙老师说6.朗读是语言的保护:朗读就象给庄稼经常喷洒点农药,不能让语言得了病虫害,你开始练习到可以英语只读以后可以了,如果朗读错了、不流利不就象庄稼得了病虫害一样吗?你要保护好自己的语言,就要适时进行合理的朗读。
        孙都说7.拓展是语言的管理:朗读拓展训练说口语,就象农民田间管理一样,要勤奋,口语好不好关键在拓展。拓展语言管理技巧性很强,练习一次就可以连续不停地说几个小时口语,但是遇到一位懒惰的完全靠天吃饭的老农,种到地里庄稼就不管了,你说你的语言能说好吗?为什么有的学员,可以一个月英语非常流利,而你几年还是哑巴英语,不敢开口讲话,因为你懒。只要数一下自己练习了拓展训练多少次就知道了。我敢说99%的人都没有练习30天。

        我的体会:注音五项是基本功,是天天都要练习的。
        注音就像我们平时喝水,一天都不能少。随时随处都得注音。开始是满篇都是各种符号汉语的注音,说明自己的声音和原音的差距是那么的大。真是张不嘴。注音是一辈子的事情。因为总会发现和原音的区别。就像唱歌,你学习李娜的唱法,总能找出问题。纠正声音是一项长期的任务,无限去趋近完美。注音太重要。孙老师教我们快速接近完美方法。压码抄写时个别的注音,模仿等五项学习前,需要全面注音。
         模仿、跟读、朗读、拓展,需像相声演员每天都得练习 声说绕口令一样,我们也是需要每天操练。什么时间切入比较好? (以后学习掌握了才能补上)

孙裕亭老师加评语:

        理解总体不错,注意一点及其关键点:一定要把朗读拓展训练说口语,和前面的几个方法切开,单独列出,他的重要性,要高于任何方法。你不可能在一天内练习注音、模仿、跟读、朗读的到朗读拓展训练说口语的,没有这么长的时间,必须独立出来,而且前面方法到了朗读,就已经是对所有方法掌握好坏的检验了,已经画了一个句号,根本就不需要拓展来检验。拓展不是他们的延续动作,它是一个开始动作,就像运动员要开始长跑了,一定是各就位、预备,就等发令员一声枪响“乓”就要起步,起码是万米长跑5小时连续第一次说口语,甚至是马拉松长跑,连续拓展一个月,每天5小时,所以朗读和拓展,绝对不是一个层面上的问题。要保证足够的体力和毅力,跑完全程。说到底学英语,最重要的还不是说口语吗?一定不能让拓展在任何一个方法中所淹没。
        练习这么长时间,感觉你已经做好了任何准备了,该开始拓展了,先体验一下连续5小时没完没了地说的快乐吧,长跑30天,这样的动力足够你已经加入到成功学员的行列了。

        理解总体不错,注意一点及其关键点:一定要把朗读拓展训练说口语,和前面的几个方法切开,单独列出,他的重要性,要高于任何方法。你不可能在一天内练习注音、模仿、跟读、朗读的到朗读拓展训练说口语的,没有这么长的时间,必须独立出来,而且前面方法到了朗读,就已经是对所有方法掌握好坏的检验了,已经画了一个句号,根本就不需要拓展来检验。拓展不是他们的延续动作,它是一个开始动作,就像运动员要开始长跑了,一定是各就位、预备,就等发令员一声枪响“乓”就要起步,起码是万米长跑5小时连续第一次说口语,甚至是马拉松长跑,连续拓展一个月,每天5小时,所以朗读和拓展,绝对不是一个层面上的问题。要保证足够的体力和毅力,跑完全程。说到底学英语,最重要的还不是说口语吗?一定不能让拓展在任何一个方法中所淹没。
        练习这么长时间,感觉你已经做好了任何准备了,该开始拓展了,先体验一下连续5小时没完没了地说的快乐吧,长跑30天,这样的动力足够你已经加入到成功学员的行列了。

2009-02-20:谢谢孙老师的指导。我最不善长的就是说口语。所以总想绕着走。因为一读英语 ,就想着连读啊,省略啦,标注的汉字如何发音哪,七七八八,满脑子一团浆糊,没有了英语的本来面目。 我突然明白了您的大水漫灌的含义。

压码朗读拓展训练,是实用性和综合性最强的练习,是提高英语口语能力的主要实现形式。所以自己独立练习提高英语能力的方法是加强磁带文本的朗读拓展训练。而练习的方法,可以采用连续每天压码抄写理解记忆的方法进行。一天可以做到练习几课磁带文本压码抄写。记住是压码听语音、看文本、压码跟读、听写自己朗读的压码抄写方法。然后就是每天和学员之间进行磁带文本的朗读和拓展。一天一课的速度就可以。这是几种方法练习效果最快、也是很容易的一种方法。关键的是连续不停地练习下去,直到12册结束。
