研读《孙裕亭老师文章》-怎样检验自己达到什么程度
        开始进行朗读课文测试,朗读一遍可以说非常流利、准确和细腻,这样压码朗读课文,就不用辅导了。说明从压码注音到朗读再现课文语音的能力具备了。

2009-02-20压码注音体会7.6LESSON 6 STEVEN, I WANT YOU TO BE PRODUCER WHILE I'M GONE.
          今天开始朗读练习,利用两个软件。一个是神奇变速器(Amazing slow Downer),用于播放原声,分别为40%,60%,80%,100%,120%,140%,160%,180%,200%。一个是音频编辑器(Adobe Audition ),对每个速度下的朗读进行录音。但不定都存盘保留。变速朗读录音, 每个速度朗读两遍。还不够流畅。朗读了两个小时。要想达到五个小时,真是一种考验。第一天进行,坚持不到这么长时间。录音的好处,是强迫自己开口出声。否则读着读着就没有声音了。录音就会想着要读得漂亮,要求自己会严格些。Adobe Audition 也可以同时放声和录音的,但不能变速度。还是用神奇变速器较好,两个软同时用,也不难操作。

飘摇:2月13日辅导压码跟读、朗读

    从20%速度开始辅导压码跟读。压码听清了细节,压码注音了细节,压码模仿了细节,可以具有很强的肺活量。这时要解决低段精确度和高段流利度问题,进行跟读出来的语音就可以达到轻松、自然的深度。每一句超级低速的跟读是发自肺腑的腹部呼吸共鸣语音,精细而且圆润。跟读的过程就是咬齿准确的,随着腹腔呼吸的气流涌动变化的发音过程,不断到达最快的200%速度。
    压码朗读是来自于压码注音的语音再现过程。看到文字就能朗读出来语气、节奏和语感,具有精确发音的跳动性语音,具有腹部震颤发音的气流涌动的语音,一气呵成的朗读语音。句子之间自然的连接和照应,犹如潺潺流水,自然流畅。跟读不精细的语音,可以在朗读中,再次重现注音和模仿的细节以及速度,通过精确的语音提高速度,通过一口气朗读的速度,不断提高朗读的流利程度,通过流利的跟读,达到语音的再次精确定位。这样你就可以一遍朗读出来和磁带一样的语音来。再朗读没有朗读过的语音,也能直接反映磁带一样的连读、弱读、略读和变音特征了。这就是语音的语音手法、手迹、音质、音色特征,被你自然的吸收了。那时同样的一个文本,跟读不同的语音,一次就能朗读一个语气,可以用不同语气朗读相同的文本了。朗读能力就实现了。

跟读总结(gggwgi的日记)

    由孙老师进行辅导--准备软件(1) 变速器。(2) 三册一课语音。压码跟读的主要任务是: 对一个语音进行从20%--200%的速度进行,准确、圆润、有力、有节奏的跟读。压码跟读是一个综合的练习,是对前面的压码听清、压码抄写、压码注音、压码模仿的一个综合应用。压码跟读速度分为四个阶段,分别为:(1) 20%- 70% 、(2) 70%-100% 、(3)100%-150% 、(4)150%-200%。
  
(1)20%30%40%50%60%70%
        20%-70%是一种慢速跟读,主要目的是通过低速的语音,来体会自己的发音准确,细腻、圆润饱满的目的,腹部要用力下沉,跟着语音的节奏走,使自己的语音得到彻底的纠正,以达到在高速时准确,流利的跟读。

(2)70%80%90%100%
        在语音准确,细腻的同时,加快自己的速度,以使自己能跟上常速,同时也为高速,流利过渡做准备。

(3)100%110%120%130%140%150%
        首先可以听150%让自己体验一下高速的感觉,再进行100%的跟读,再进行加速度,110%、120% ---   自己觉的跟不上,也可以再进行听150%和降到70%,听70%的语音,可以进行压码多句和一句,都要用150%跟读的速度进行压码,压码多句,是为了能跟读流利,快速, 压码一句,能使自己更好的听清,模仿。

(4)150%160%170%180%190%200%
       如果150%的速度可以跟读了,那么180% 200% 就比较容易了,自己觉的自己跟不上的,也可以跟更高的速度,300%,400%,来再跟200%就会容易些。

高级方法: 连续几个小时跟读电视

个人感受和体会:

(1) 觉的跟不上,可以利用振荡速度来调节(和听清有些类似)。
(2) 高速时可以想像把一句话当成一个单词来读,加快速度。
(3) 在高速时可以利用腹部呼吸进行快速朗读。
(4) 发音时一定要用力往下沉,要有节奏感。

听君一席话:整理QQ压码群星空的一次讲话部分内容

         所以我觉得大家在进行压码法,不如把其分解,一步步来。而不应全方位来。大约现象可以描述为:比如像你进行了听清,你以后实际上听到了英语,还是有很多听不懂,甚至还是听不清,原因是因为听清这个东西,不是你完全能把握的。比如一个人也口齿不好,走风,结果你把发ST发成S,所以你只能听到了S。  
         第二,听懂进行压码听懂,由于有听清做为前提,所以你轻易就能不费是很费力的听了。这时你要把注意力集中在图,字,义,三者上,大口大口地吞下来,经过这样一次,你初步能懂了。但是实际上你是不懂的,因为这里有一个深层懂和表层懂的过程。深层懂的是指当你听到英语时,就会引起你情绪的波动和反应。并头脑中出现相应的声音,那个声音不是你的。你甚至在看词典的时间就自动的笑了,我现在经常这样。所以看我现在看词典比看电视还好看。
         第三,接下来就要练习说了。开口,当然,我还忘记说一个压码抄写的问题。这个是一个针对低基础的人来的。有基础的人我不认同要进行这样。说是很重要的。你的英语水平有多高最终表现为说。你不能说,自己尽再高也没有用。我们这是在衡量一个功效的问题。所以用了“用”这个词 ,而我们有了第二点压码听懂,并有一定的练习量,开口说已完全可能, 我所指的练习量是完成走,你好美国,就足够了。而为什么我们不能说,原因就是我们很少进行大量的开口练习。大家可以试,一个句子一口气读二百次,是什么滋味。
这一点是实际经验。很多人读英语只读了几次,认为理解了就放过了。结果,下次见到还是不知道。原因就是我们会忘记的,我们的量不够。结果我们学了很久仍然没有多大的实际功效,平时自己欣赏还可以。一旦正式场合就完了。所以,我们还要有一个说过程。而孙老师的压码法中也有一口气,多次连环,这些都是一个针对本质过程。至少说提供一条路,当然像李阳,他的路也可以用他的三最法来达到,或者千万也可以利用他的一次又一次不断的模仿。直到和原声相像。就是条条大道通罗马。但是,我们开始的时候,看理论个个觉得有理。可以没有亲身做。所以,孙老师的压码,我所理解就只到了这个层次。(问者说:非常感谢,谢谢您星空!我把这些复制下来,多学习学习。)
         孙老师的核心还在于其时间和空间理论。(孙裕亭老师:预知未来就是提前达到空间,先看到事实再回到现实)。空间对接,这才是核心。 比如,当你速度到一定程度,你的英语就会变成母语。因为母语实际也是一种习惯。这句话不是我一个人说的。所以当时的头脑中的英语和汉语对译没有时间,同步化了之后,再加高强度的读的训练,脱口而出就是最终标志。大约可表现为一个句子读三百到五百句。大家可以试进行一下。嘴好不好受。
(问:如何计数?我现在开始试练一下。)可以用倒计数。读一个句子倒计一次。那样更可以增强抗干扰的能力。这是同声翻译训练中一个很好的方法。
(问:我从我现在听的课文随便选一句可行否?) 可以。
(问:请问用什么速度?)一般速度也可以。
(问:100%?)对!够了!
(问:是不是选一个较长的句子?还是短些的?)不用,短句也一样好。
(问:Are you ready to go? 这是我正在看的这课的第一句话?)好!
(问者说:我现在开始练习,我做一个表格在上面划线我想好计数操作)。谁都可以试一下。二百次之后, 会有什么现象? 相信五百次之后永生难忘了。所以只要我们的英语,每个句子都达到这地步,那就不得了了。
(问:听一遍就开始自己读,不管读得如何是吗?一直读下去?)对,上面我所说的一种实际经验,也许存在不科学之处 但是确实很好 每次接近点,大家可以在明天进行练习。然后我们明晚可以再来聊天。我觉得你好美国练习完之后,没有必要练习教育片了。明晚我们再论,我先下线。大家可以试行练习一下。(问者说:谢谢您。我表格打印好了。就开始练习。再次表示感谢!晚安!) 好!




       练习一句话:Are you  ready to go? 因为我句话是我正在学习的课文中的第一句话。重复说5000遍,用时一小时左右。我是用EXCEKL表格用最细线画格50*100=5000。然后每说一遍就画掉一格。这样一次练习5000次。体会:
      (1)开始时笨嘴笨舌,频繁换气,上气不接下气。
      (2)说到1000句左右,换气顺一点了。TO的读音好像也好了一点。读错的概率高了一些。
      (3)说到2000句左右,换气声轻些了。
      (4)说到3000句左右,想着肚子用点劲。
      (5)说到4000句左右,好像不用换气了,只管读。
      (6)说到5000句左右,可以一直说下去的感觉,没有什么困难了。
      说得过程中,没有特别难受的感觉。可能是因为很晚了,怕影响家人休息,没有大声说。只是说完成后,嗓子有点干。 试听一遍这句话,我想在哪里都能听明白了。我想应该把每篇课文都长时间读。

2009-02-22压码注音体会7.8LESSON 8 HOW LONG HAVE YOU KNOWN HIM?
           今天早晨努力多读了几遍这篇课文。昨晚上把一句话说了五千遍。今天准备再找一句说上这么多。力争每天练习一句高强度的进行。我感觉是有很大的收获在于说着说着,就不觉得气短了,嘴巴里的舌头,开始有点固定位置的那么点意思,但还没有完成固定不变。听清的本领增长一点点。压码的方法再好,还是需要大量的练习,才能得到收获。就是每天给出一个强度很大的练习量,才能达标。否则就像烧开水,一天只烧一小会儿,恐怕一辈子也烧不开,如果用力烧一会儿就完成。为什么不能全力应对这一件事,几天完成它。这样一辈子就解脱了。再也不用学英语了,可以有大把的时间用来玩多好啊。现在是一辈子在学英语,什么事情也没有时间做。

2009-02-23压码注音体会7.9LESSON 9 I'VE BEEN HERE SINCE 9: 00 THIS MORNING.
          今天继续练习读一个句子很多遍。因为每天使用打印表格画线练习费神。我改为用钟来记时。每个句子都读十分钟左右。今天的任务是二个小时读十二个句子。就是第一册的十二课的标题。刚才读完第一课的标题的体会是:每个句子都有练习舌头的设计。因为现在注音第七册的课文。发现那些句子比第一册的句子相比较要难读。第一课标题的朗读,读到什么时候算是读好了。就算合格了?M和N练习得鼻子出音。我不会就会出现吞音现象。操作方法:(1)先反复听几遍50%左右速度的原声,觉得能读停下来。(2)在课文标题旁边计开始时时间,开始跟着句子朗读,它念一遍自己跟几遍(一定要看着文本!!!除了不出声外,嘴巴和舌头要做到位。因为出声影响别人,无法集体练习)。(3)随时都关注自己的嘴和舌头的变化。读着读着就会感觉到,鼻子通气了。一看时间过去了十几分钟。接着练习第二课。我对句子要关注的有:

(2) 压码模仿
准备软件 自由英语 XP 注码码 66666-66666-ttttt-55555-ffff1
把要模仿朗读的语音导入,自由英语软件里面, 在右上角有条语音播放的横条,我们在这个横条的最左边用鼠标左击,最右边进行右击,这样的意思就是选中我们断句和复读的区域,点击了横条是会变条绿色的,这时我们点击自由英语软件 界面上的自动断句选项,出来一个新窗口(自动断句设置),把两个选项背景嗓音基数和声音间隔基数,分为设为20分贝和200毫秒,点开始,软件会提示找到了多少个句子,点击确定,再点击界面上的左上角的播放键,进行播放,再点界面上的复读句子选项,这样就设置好了,断句跟读的目的,F8是进行下一句跟读,F7是反回上一句跟读, 可以进行一句朗读四十遍(也可以进行腹式呼吸朗读),直到自己快速准确的可以朗读这句,再进行下一句的练习,因这个软件是根据呼吸停顿断句的,所以有些地方断的不是很准,如果一个断句有几个句子,自己就进行多重压码朗读(腹式呼吸),断句的地方没有语音的就按F8进行下一句练习.
