下午先练习了3课，昨天没练习，因为出去了，没狠下心来学，给自己找理由。

今天第2课一开始用20的速度，还可以，到30的速度，也还行，就是每次落下来几句，用鼠标点下一行的浪费了时间，所以速度慢。

3课时用30速度开始，马马虎虎，有些吃力，后面句子有些长了，跟丢了几句，也不知道注得对不对，完全凭音来注的，自我感觉应该有些错误，

4课时用50速度练习，也是一样，长句的错误有许多，自我感觉，

请问老师我是不是要注完12册的音啊？

有时候的确偷懒了，一开始决心很大，有时候被人一叫出去玩就心动了，还是自我约束力不够，在上海压力很大啊，英文不好工作自然不好，想到这一点自己也应该苦练。周日去了一次上海的辅料市场，到处是老外，好像随便一个人英文都对我好。我对老外总是有心理压力，不敢和他们对话，可能也是自已英文烂的原因，不敢开口。想想真的要加油，已经过去1年了，英文没提高，。

练习的量上去了，练习速度也较快，已经达到40-50%的压码注音速度，属于比较快的了。可以适当降低一下速度练习就可以了。

感谢孙老师的指点，今天这篇30的速度注音，一次下来注好，感觉速度非常慢，不知道是句子短还是其它的。一句注完了要等几秒才出现下一句。我现在是很在WORD里把文本句子全部分开，每一句空2行，以便我听录音的时候注音，从而节约ENTER键切换下一行的时间。好像快一点。

有一点疑问，这次我听Seltzer这个词注的是SZ，好像前几篇注的都是SLZ，应该是SZ吧？
