4.压码多个句子

    以吸气作为压码长度的标准,吸气听完一个句子后,开始回想。
        练习压码一个句子(和压码一个句子,不管吸气,只管呼气压码不同)。
   只要延长吸气的长度,就延长了压码的句子长度。
   吸气到两个句子,开始压码回想叫做压码两个句子。
   吸气到三个句子,开始压码回想叫做压码三个句子。

 
5.连环压码句子

       听到每个句子后,进行用力呼气不出声回想多次,完成一个句子的多重压码。
   然后第二个句子用力不出声,压码回想多次,再前后两个句子回想一次。
   再快速多次压码第三个句子,然后前面的三个句子一起压码回想一次……
 

6.压码回想若干长句子

        这是压码长句子和压码多个句子的综合应用。
        对于压码听清,到压码听懂意义特别重大。
        方法采用深吸一口气,用力缓慢呼气回想,注意采用调整呼吸的先吸气后呼气练习即可。因为练习呼气可以最高达到一口气40个句子的能力,所以压码多个长句子就比较容易,特别是对于互动磁带的复杂句子合成训练,对于两个或者三个长句子,合成一个更长的更复杂的句子,一般学员可能在回想的时候,多次练习也不容易全部准确记忆语音,所以如果采用这个练习,立即就记住了组合句子的语音中的所有单词的准确连贯读音,其实记住了语音也就基本可以理解了,原来理解复杂句子就是这么容易。

总结:

        因为我们练习调整呼吸,已经练习到一口气40个句子的能力,还没有用腹部呼吸方法,这时候只要你继续练习,仍然有进一步提高压码长度的能力,经实验,开始时你可以深吸一口气来练习,大约可以练习到一口气压码一个段落的能力,特别是一人说话,若干个句子以后才换人的情景对话部分,是互动磁带理解记忆完整的难点,这样练习就一次实现了突破。

        练习完深吸一口气进行压码以后,可能你会在吸气的时候,丢掉句子的部分语音,没有关系,只要你练习出来了一口气压码一些句子,而不是压码多个句子的方法(压码多个句子最多只能达到压码三个句子),你就可以练习吸气和呼气协调压码,往往你可以做到压码的速度非常缓慢,死死压码压码语音的细节和节奏,就将意思全部准确的压出来了。
     
      这时压码回想的情况,如果你进行压码跟读,除了上面的方法外,你还可以采用腹部呼吸压码,因为腹部呼吸,你可以达到一口气跟读无数个句子,按小时计算,成千上外的句子。所以如果你将它转换成压码的速度和快速的频率又会有很大的收获。压码法的潜力仍然是巨大的,远远还没有到达全部挖掘出来的时候,大家只要进行不同形式的组合训练,你会发现,你才是最棒的英语理解记忆高手。

      还有高级篇阅读与复习互动磁带文本,听完一段情景对话,特别是朗读一段报纸以后,进行理解记忆信息的练习,理解记忆信息难度是很大的,这时你的调整呼吸的连环压码多个长句子就派上了用场。我们最后努力的目标是,听完一段长的语音,能够全部压码出来,即以语音和文本,压码中理解整个段落的意思,对于信息的提问和回答都能够准确无误,这样你的英语就会有一个大的飞跃。
     
      目前,我们还需要继续练习整理文本的工作,将文本整个语言篇章,组合归纳成理解记忆基本单元,剩下的工作,就交给调整呼吸连环压码了。过去我们辅导学员,一般只要求压码听清一个句子,和简单的深度听清。在练习压码听懂过程中,我们就慢慢学会,不同类型和难度的深度听清。对于练习了压码听懂以后,原来压码直通车中的压码一遍看懂电影和一遍读懂报纸的练习,就变得更加简单了。因为我们慢慢发现,练习压码听懂,根本就不需要练习压码看电影,只有真正遇到压码听懂难度的时候,才需要看一下电影帮助理解记忆,加加速而已。

研读孙老师文章后的体会
        深度听清的基本方法,是压码听懂的基本技能。在每天的练习中,应该完成下述下三项任务:
                 
        第一步,整理文本,理清记忆内容结构;
        第二步,深度听清,核心训练关键阶段;
        第三步,阅读文本,检验听懂课文情况。


        第一步完成否,网上的作业一目了然。这一步需要完成的任务,指标明确。现在我想是这个作业,是为后续的深度听清,做好准备工作,即这块的作业,就是深度听清的一个计划表。找出压码听懂的重点?通过一段时间的学习,我发现,学习的重点是,每篇课文的第一段。所以每次做整理文本时,关注的重点就是第一段。

  第二步的练习最为关键,是我们学习的核心部分,但却是做不到位的部分。清度听清的练习,在每天的进行中,要求刻苦训练自己的这个部分的基本功。那么如何做到?那就是我们的听力,一定要在压码听清的状态。原来听的时候,脑子天南海北的想事,就像听着音乐写作业。
    
  第三步的练习是检验听懂否。就是否可以看到文本时,声音是否可以浮现出来。如果不能浮现的单词,应该在日记中体现出来。这是我要改进的地方,每次看的时候,声音没有出来,没有做什么努力,就进行下一课的训练,这样,每天都有一点没有掌握的东西,积少成多,听力的进步的速度就降低。应该每天把不会的句子做出标注,第二天掌握它。

  以第一册第一课的互动练习为例,刚开始时,Robert的话基本听不清。这时,如何能够一直压码到这篇练习的最后,对于我就是一个实现不了的目标。我当时的做法,就是按照robert讲话分段来听。第一段听明白了,再听第二段。在每段中,用压码一个句子来训练。这样可能就是关注到第一个句子的时间长了,第二个句子没有听到。但当第一个句子学会了,第二句子自然就可以依次学会了。这样一段话连起来,也能听懂了。

    英语比起中国话来说,许多音的差异性要小得多。开始的时候,很多音区分不开。听得多以后,慢慢就能体会到其中的不同处。
