已经学习完压码直通车的学员要做的事情：
1.理解看VCD光盘速度最快，一天一盘光盘理解不会有多大问题。
2.听说练习：听懂简单到复杂的句子会话，最好的办法就是听互动会话磁带，因为它模拟了一个任何环境都能简化分解、不断变化练习的途径，前面学习的内容，后面都会通过不同形式进行应用，一天练习一盘光盘的互动磁带语音巩固口语时间还是够用的。放音到200%速度每个语音听3遍基本就会达到熟练理解的程度，连环练习下去，最后都知道该怎样说了就可以组成学员对子练习口语，绝对不会低于《听说大突破》磁带的练习效果。
3.测试和总结：就是书的文本练习，课文学会了，光盘看懂了，你要达到用口语说课文的练习，而不是进行答题练习，二者有很大区别，就是是否掌握的问题。英语的问答句子要进行归纳，进行拓展写作练习，最好的办法还是看着文本进行英语思维改写成自己的语言，利用LOOLEDT录音不断拓展下去。这里不要求你写的对，因为书本有大量活生生的不断变化的语法没后面的练习会形成不断自我纠正语法错误的功能，一天写英语的量要放量就成了。

为了防止遗忘，抓紧记录下调整呼吸的感觉。
一口气听一个语音还有富余的时间，调整呼吸的方法：
先吸气后呼气训练。
开始吸气的时候，既不吸气，也不呼气，也不屏住呼吸，自由放任的不呼吸，用手指头数听的句子数。慢慢吸气，感觉腹部有一点鼓起，放松，不时屏住呼吸，也不是呼气，而是通过放松，腹部慢慢由鼓起开始收缩，自然延续，再吸气一点，腹部渐渐鼓起，重复放松，腹部收缩，反复多次，直到吸足不能吸气为止，仍然是不屏住呼吸，自然放松，停留一段时间，开始呼气，呼气一点一点进行，作反向吸气的动作，鼓起腹部，但是不吸气，这样缓慢多次呼气，直到结束。整个吸呼气一个循环完成一个5分钟另四秒的语音一口气听清过程，仍然还有富余呼吸的能量。
交流的可能原理：
吸气吸足氧气，没有呼气呼出，而是放松让身体自然吸收氧气，留下在体内的废气，这样腹部就自然收缩了。这样多次吸气，一次吸气的时间就延长了。呼气的时候以往一样，吸气的时候做吸气相反动作放松，但不呼气，呼气的时候也是做呼气相反的动作但不吸气的放松练习，同样延长了呼气的时间，但是吸气可以自然消耗氧气，呼气的的后只能消耗氧气，但是由于没有吸气无法增加氧气所以不会达到吸气的时间长度。这样对于一般一口气听清调整呼吸练习者能达到40个句子的能力，还有一些憋气的感觉，这样一口气放松听清练习，可以增加5倍左右的时间长度，大约可以做到一口气听清呼吸循环200多句子的能力了。
这个练习辅导飘摇的时候她也可以做到和我当时一样一口气听一个语音2分多钟时间，这次语音室5分多钟时间。属于第一次进行文字感觉的总结。昨天辅导练习时间较长一直接近到了2点。体会较多，记录下这个练习中的一个总重点方法。供大家参考。

昨天有学员问为什么这么多压码法学员，练习了这么长时间，只有一位学员完成五个阶段，大家失败的原因是什么？
对于这个命题：学员多、时间长、成功的少，大家没有完成五个阶段的学员都是失败者的悲观论调。我们有详细的统计：
首先压码法学员并不多，共计30多人，单个方法学员一般只学习1-3次，多数属于一次辅导。减去参加直通车学员目前剩下十几个人，人数并不多，只能说明认可程度还不够，但是没有参加辅导的方法不会，没有完成五个阶段是正常的。这不是失败，因为只要练习10次就能学会10个方法。
第二，接近辅导完直通车学员只有８位：枫叶、chrisity(免费学员)、井中月（第一位少量方法学习学员）、新闻、YDJ 、zenhao（学习方法后没有练习）、zqhcss（方法接近学习完成，等待书到后继续辅导）、飘摇（接近学习完方法，一个月辅导后接近五个阶段能力、请假未练习）。
　　　目前这些学员里面还没有失败者，真正出现过困难的学员只有枫叶、chrisity(免费学员)、井中月３人，目前枫叶问题已经解决，最近进步辅导非常大，代表了最新辅导成果和方向，chrisity已经完成前面的1-4阶段的四个阶段，进入第五阶段练习了一段时间，是直通车练习进度最快的学员，井中月属于最先参加直通车辅导试验期间的学员，辅导内容少，还没有集中补课。
　　　飘摇直在辅导10个方法期间的一个月里面已经属于成功者。
    新闻各个方法学习非常扎实，学习的内容多，没有出现一次问题，练习各个阶段没有障碍，也属于比较成功者。
　　　YDJ 属于辅导期间学习效果最好的学员之一，和新闻一起练习期间是大家的榜样。因为考试请假２个月，并没有放弃学习。
　　　zenhao（学习方法后没有练习），目前没有日记可以正式学习以后的练习情况，属于学习完成方法就没有记录日记。
　　　zqhcss还没有辅导完成全部方法，练习的效果也很好，大家可以听他的录音，等待网上邮购书一直没有到达，练习效果一直不错。
　　　
第三，雨停了只辅导了一半方法，悟性很好，语音效果好，只出现一次纵向法返工，第二次就取得了很好的效果。因为没有书后面的方法还没有辅导，最近请假参加自学考试。
第四，影子不是正式的直通车学员，辅导了一半方法，还没有正式决定参加直通车辅导，自己利用辅导的方法练习第一册内容。
第五，红牛、wengyu100、wwoo1122属于刚开始学习直通车，没有辅导完方法，刚开始学习自己还没有到达学会全部方法后的自己练习阶段，不存在学不会的问题。
第六，压码直通车一次学会一个方法，与基础无关。对于英语六级学员说自己因为英语基础高、不是英语零基础而影响学习效果是没有道理的。对于枫叶英语基础低，取得今天的效果，所付出的代价只有她自己和我知道。虽然一次学会一个方法，辅导了直通车100多人次只出现了3人次返工，但是每次辅导都要教员和学员付出艰辛和共同努力才能完成。基础再高也不能有任何轻视。基础低和高的学员都有可能在不同方法和期间遇到困难的可能。遇到困难需要学员配合进行解决。
存在问题：
  1.因为考试请假的较多，时间较长。有４人超过一个月时间。有一人病假，一人没有请假，学习完成方法以后没有练习。想想自己练习了多少课文，用了多少时间，停止了多长时间，就知道自己学习效果了。一天学习8小时只学习2天不能说明问题，大家都是一个起跑线上，刚开始就产生怀疑是不明智的。
  基础高低各有优势：
  基础不好的学员枫叶，她是进步幅度最大的学员。
  基础中等的学学新闻，她从来就没有发生怀疑，对压码法的理解没有出现大的偏差，中间几个月也没有出现波动，是最稳健的学员，比一个方法和几个方法学习很好，遇到一点问题就停滞不前的学员来说是最好的悟性。
  基础较高但是领悟能力不好的学员chrisity，她是目前练习进度最快的学员，可以说是笨鸟先飞。
  基础较高、悟性也好学员的学习一下飘摇，她开始和大家一样也有很多问题，同样也是不能听清的，一个月辅导下来，就接近了完成五个阶段的能力。
  担心自己不能完成五个阶段，多看看大麦茶的成功学习压码法练习，完成德语五个阶段的成功过程，不人为强调原因更重要。
  2.学员一直记日记不够主动、积极，影响集体合力。后期尤其不如前期学员。基础低的学员可能遇到理解的困难，基础高的学员可能遇到纠正问题难的问题，一旦纠正以后进展就会顺利，就是学习方法进展全部顺利的学员，也可能在自己练习的进度方面出现停滞现象。所以通力协作，互相帮助更加重要。因为老学员在你学习的时候，提供了大量经验和教训，以及学习材料和软件的帮助，作为新学员，学习的方法是最新、最全面的，同样不能忘记老学员曾经给予的帮助，他们没有学习你们这样多和先进的方法。所以日记是最新学习成果的反映，也是辅导的一个传导机制。
　　　所以目前没有一人属于失败者，也不是学员很多，而是只有１０人左右。成功者不是很少，而是已经有４人：大麦茶已经提前完成五个阶段，飘摇、新闻、chrisity 都是接近成功者。其他任何学员都有这个实力，关键看自己如何努力？
  大家学习时间也不是很长，从去年８月到现在所有学员开始辅导最长的学习只有８个月时间，直通车辅导只有４个月时间。说那么多学员，那么长时间学习，为什么都失败了是没有任何事实根据的。
  一些有很大优势的学员，对于自己出现的问题，也要及时总结。从单个方法辅导到全部方法辅导，从只辅导一次学会一个方法自己练习1-3册，到和大家一起同步辅导练习，压码法正一步一步走向成熟，一旦辅导一批学员集体完成五个阶段，完成五个阶段就会变得非常容易，但是每前进一步都要付出大量的的艰辛和努力，谁坚持到最后，谁笑的最好。
