    实属惭愧,我本来每天有大量的时间的,我每天大部分时间都挂在在论坛上线是一个证明,但是现在,我有一些小事总是来打扰我,有时候这个同学来打拢一下,那个又来打扰一下.实属无奈,本来走入社会同学之间人情冷寞也已见得正常,但是有的人就是很奇怪,他冷寞你,不把你当回事,下次需要你的时候仍会来找你.本来认为自已总算可暂且可以专职来练习英语.然而总是出现以上理由,不知道是不是借口.然后到深夜才想起我这天还练习得不好.于是无法睡觉.只有等练习完才睡得安心.看到您 ligengbeng 兄 每天都有新发贴新体会新进步,更自感惭愧,希望我的难产期尽快结束,多产期的尽快到来...

经过一段时间试写的the main story of this lesson 发觉得自己确实的思维活跃性有了极大的提高经常能写出一些自己也感觉到意外的句子,在捕捉信息点和思维的连续性方面有了极大的进步,但也同时也发常这样写日记确实很费时间,经过综合考虑决定还是用孙老师写日记的方式来写就可以了.至于融会贯通连成一体的过程就只能让自己在练习中完成了.

计划接下来要同时用上"压码呼吸""压码注音""压码模仿"有可能连"压码抄写"也用上来进行练习.真真正正做大脑自然浮现,准确回想出声音和图像.

发觉练习过程加入了模仿的朗读觉得很好,不只能够练习一下发音体会细微的发音,还能够更真实地体验一下课文或者练习的情境.极大的促进练习效果和效率.也能够有效调节一下精神疲劳.

今天在写毕业推荐表和毕业生登记中写自我鉴定,有点难为情,要我写多么豪迈的语言和多大的雄心壮志实在写不好,因为我知道自己一向不自信,也没有什么多么光荣的历史可以言论,实在想不出该怎么写,用百度搜一下,结果出现了几百篇文章,看一看人家的文章觉得有点自愧不如,一看就没有信心不知道要怎么写了,人家一开头就是"以优绣的成绩考入了XX名大"不知道为什么一见到这几个字就觉得实在对不住自已,对不住亲人,再看人家几年"学生会主席,团委干部,荣获得一等奖..."还很多人写着"受到老师和同学的好评..."汗死了,连这样的话也写得出,好像中央人民广播电台那样在广播先进事迹和先进群体.或者人家实在自信,或者我跟不上时代的变化了,然而我和同个时代上学的出现如此大的差巨实在不得不深感惭愧.越看越不知道自已应写什么了,算了,我还是自已写自已的吧.毕竟人家是名大而我只能算是一个不入流的学生.

于是我这样写着:
  时间过得很快,校园生活就将结束,回想自已这些年来当学生的经历,感觉自己实属内向,很少参加聚会,很少同女学聊天,男同学偶尔会同要好的聊得很好,从来没有同女同学狂过街就是一个证明了.在学校的日子里除了学习那一点皮毛般的所谓的专业知识之外,我不知道自己还有那些特长了,跳舞唱歌对来我说来一片空白,旅游,什么名胜古迹也没有去过,没有在"名山"留下自己的足迹,所以实在也没有多广的远闻和见识;运动类还算有点出息,会踢足球成了我的最大的运动爱好,蓝球偶尔也会打一下...读书的,除了专业课本外,其它书我倒是读了一些,如<<红楼梦>><<三国志>><<水浒传>>周国平的书基本都读过...<<千万别学英语>><本来不想写这本书的,但因为这本书实在对我影响很大,也觉得写本书下也不会有什么不妥,所以就写下去了.>其中周国平的书和作者韩国人郑赞荣写的<<千万别学英语>>对我的影响最大,两本书都教会了我开始学会平静的生活和深入地进行思考一些人生方面的话题,而<<千万别学英语>>一书却燃起了我学习英语的极大的兴趣,为此我也保持着每天的学习从没间断过,<实际上我坚持了到现在为此已一年七个月有余了这期间除了三个月前因为找工作中断了一个月多的时间只保持听MP3之外其它时间我没有中断超过三天中断次数不会超过三次,无论大三十还是初一都在坚持着>.这几年来除了学会"耐心和踏实"之外,其它的我就不知了,但"耐心和踏实"是否也算是特长呢?我也不知道,我想没有一个人会在"你有何特长"这项写上"耐心和踏实"吧.当然还好的是这几年过去之后自己还存在梦想,还有对未来有美好的憧憬,于是我仍然很热情和乐观在追求自己理想和梦想至实现创出一翻事业,为国家和人民做点属于自己的贡献.

以上就写了这么多<>里的话我没有写进自我鉴定也不想写进去,不知道这样写算不算自我鉴定,反正我也不知道应怎么写了,我没有别人的光荣历史所以就只能写自己的.实际千万对我的影响也确实很大,我当然也不能想像我当初没有选择千万自己现在会是怎么样的精神状态,但当然我花在千万的时间这么多,如果我全部花在学习其它方面不知道会不会更好,毕竟英语只是一个工具所以做这样的选择我也不知值不值得如果给我重来选择我可能也会要考虑一下.当我写完之后整理一下自己的照片,发现还有高三的那张准考证上那个头像,发现自己过去和现在的像片相比一下觉得当年自己实在想法相当可笑和心酸,行为也相当可笑,当年的自以为长大了而如今看来如此般的可笑了,当年想像的某个人在心目中最重要,但现在想来还是小孩子想法一个,自已笑一个.当然这一切在当初的人眼中早就成了笑料.明知自己当初没有能够认真学习的结果会是怎么样,然而还发生了,这一过程实际上是一个苦不堪言的过程.而我的家里没有为难我,高考考了一个不入流的学校一样给钱我去读,一直以来我实际也没有觉得自己有什么特长和优点.要说我有个性吧,我当初就不应读了二年的高三结果还去读了一个不入流学校.所以我谈不上叛逆.而真我一遇上千万有三个学期的英语的课,我居然旷了两个学期.最后连英语老师是谁都不知道,不过有个上了年龄英语老师一遇见我就盯着我,我连看都不敢看她,因为她认得我当初旷她的课最多.还在班里当全班同学的面说"有人认为英语可以不用听课就可以学好的..."结果全班同学从那以后就个个知道了.当然我也不把这些当回事了.因为我觉得时间的匆忙,赶路更紧要.

 上面这些由写自我鉴定和看到那高三的照片有感而写.实际上谁都知道一个人在高中阶段是一个人健康成长的重要时期,这个时期出现大的情绪问题对一个人的无论从身体还是从心理的健康成长上都是极其不利的,纵观人生人的一生所发生的人祸实际上很多东西都是可以避免的,而为什么都没有能避免呢?人与人之间如今的时代还有必要像以前那个争个你死我活的年代吗?人与人之间就没有合作了吗?相信有的,可以合作不是更好?这样整个社会不知会好多少!






之所以发表这篇文章只是想在这里留下一个真实的记录.像众多前辈一样留下一个记录.

觉得放自然反而容易做到自然浮现.今天才明白,根本就不用那么费力去做.只要做到细细体会其对话逻辑过程和情境过程就自然会头脑自动浮现了.
