1压码心念听力学习法1-2压码听懂学习法《压码听懂》学习体会

    回复两次都无法成功。只好写在这里。希谅。
    这个问题,我是新手,怕说的不对影响您的学习。我的理解是这样:
    首先,是先进行一次压码听清训练。训练的方法,孙老师发明了一张《压码听清测试训练表》,在我的《压码听清》栏的文章中有这张表,打印。用两个小时左右的时间练习一遍。练习时要求像听音乐一样的放松心情去听,不要想会得到什么。孙老师设计的表很神奇有效,完成后休息。第二天,再听常规速度的英语,会发现自己听力变化了。
    接下来,就进行压码听懂练习。看孙教师的有关压码听懂的文章,进行压码听懂练习就可以了。
    我现在就是在进行压码听懂练习。   
    让我们共同学习共同提高。

第一步:把录音带中的基本剧情(信息点),按场景剧情从《作业材料存放处》中剪切,然后粘贴到相关的标题下。把录音带中的关键词组(记忆点),找出来复制(最好默写出来),然后粘贴到相关的标题上。做法是边排版,边朗读这些词组和句子。
    1.Thank you. / No,thanks.

第二步:把录音带中的基本句型(知识点),按场景剧情从《第一步》中复制,然后粘贴到相关的标题下。把录音带中的分解与合成的句子(结构点),按场景剧情从中找出剪切(最好默写),然后粘贴到相关的标题上。做法是边排版,边朗读这些句子。
1.基本句型
What is Jake's full name?  Jake Harvey Seltzer.
How old is Jake? Thirty-two.
What is Jake's last name? Seltzer.
What is Jake's middle name? Harvey.
What is Jake's first name? Seltzer.
Is Jake married or single? Single.
What is Jake's telephone number? 555-6025.
In what state does Jake live? Connecticut.
What city does Jake live in? Stamford. Jake lives in Stamford, Connecticut.           
What street does Jake live on? Elm Street.
What is Jake's address?  4102 Elm Street.
2.基本句型
F: What is John's father's occupation?
N: Difficult? What is his job? What does he do?
M: He's a journalist.
F: What does John's mother do?
M: She's a singer.

第三步:压码听懂中存在的问题,后续学习的材料,解答。
听力的时间安排的不够。每天不能做到全部听懂。

第四步:总结
可以听清小词的读音。发现过去认为读的准的词,现在感觉出和原声的差距。再者,模仿情绪不在行。比如,很高兴,很生气。我说话太平淡。发现这一课的许多内容,都在前面的课出现,一课的新内容不多了。原来,看一课的内容太多,记不住。现在想想,就知道都有些什么内容。可能是瞬间就过一遍。

      每天的安排需要调整。早晨读一会儿课文,白天基本上都是在干活时听互动磁带,写作业。晚上录音互动磁带一遍,听一遍。看论坛上的文章。现在感觉需要增加单纯的听力时间。

对于美元的计量单位不熟悉,学习完毕,还没有记住。但一想就是五美分和十美分,

        今天走在路上想,英语的发音说起来只有五十几种,为什么不能说好英语呢?
        这两天,增加听力时间。有一变化,就是一些认为听得很清的词,比如newscaster,我认为已经很熟悉的词,但今天听起来,发现其中的“CA” 没有读对。说明以往还是没有真正的听进到大脑中,只是想象的听到。和真正的声音是两组声音。一组是磁带声,一组是自己回想出来的的音标声。是不相同的。但自己意识不到,还认为是一致的。所以一直没有发现这个词读音不对。
     因为练唱歌我经历过两个阶段。第一阶段的感觉是,找不到调,合不上拍。第二阶段的感觉是,很容易把握节奏,听一遍就能跟唱,并且每次都有一个不同的关注重点,逐渐接近完美。最近,很多天没有唱歌,昨天一试,发现唱歌能力退化。过去有段时间,每天都要练唱半个小时以上。由此联想,学习英语,也不能三天打鱼两天晒网。必须加大强度练出过硬技术。
     类似,现在英语进入一个新阶段,开始有节奏感。进入唱歌的状态,能从大米中分捡出沙粒,说明学习有了一个阶段性的进步。会发现某一个词读得不好,就关注这一个词,每次都只关注它。待解决后再关注下一个词。这样,可能有时只听一篇课文中的一部分多遍,来纠正过去按音标发音的习惯。一切从实际出发,磁带发什么音,就读什么音。今天可能是这样读,但过一段时间,会发现读得还不够准,再纠正。

    你的这个说法太对了,我就刚发现自己可以完想出来每篇课文或者练习文本的每个句子甚至到每个单词一字不差,本以为可以达到标准,但是这昨晚才发现自己在想文本的时候根本就不是回想,而自己在心理复述完全是用自己的声音,这时我才注意到我一直以来根本就没有压住声音只是用理解记住文本的内容.这样很难从发音上获得长足的进步.
    我发现自己原来一直内心做复述而不是回想,因为回想是声音是磁带发的,而内心做复述的声音是自己发的.所以我要试图做到把所的声音压上.加上准确的回忆.
