这课我是这样练习的：1、我用20%的语速差不多是听一句注音一句，遇到难句就反复听。今天这可用了将近一个半小时才完成； 2、注音完课文后，在通篇听一遍检查；3、分别用了30% 、50% 、70% 、100%的语速再听一遍。再20 和30的语速时眼睛还能跟上每句自己标出的注音字母，50的语速就不太行了，只能看着文本仔细体会每句的连读、弱读、变音等发音现象。变音不好注音，只能自己体会。还有就是感觉到老师说的同一句话，不同的人发音也不太一样；就是同一句话，同一个人有时发音也不一样。
  是的，正如老师辅导时说的，句子中的有不少发音是以前我们学的音标是表示不出来的，特别是连读、变音现象。我这两天练习了三篇课文，还没感觉到老师说的练习一篇课文就能掌握压码注音。我怎莫觉得亚麻注音好像很难好像又不太难？

这课短句多，20%语速完成注音不到一小时。用20 、 50、100的语速各听一遍，发现同一句话，不同的语速，特别是20和100的语速听起来发音的连读变音有轻微的不同，按照那个音来呢？

老师说的“亚码记忆音节变成字母头，亚麻回想出来了语音，真个文章的语音变成了文本，文本变成了语音，英语就通过了语音和文本的结合理解记忆住了。”这个我还做不到，光注意语音注音去了，顾不上那个语音和文本结合。短句还行，在注音时就能知道句子的意思，但这好像也不是老师说的注音理解记忆。扎回事呢？

本课20的语速50分钟注音完成。我还是听一句注音一句，有些句子还的反复听。练了这几课，觉得有些语音的听清细腻程度比以往好多了，还没做到连环压码。我需要怎样改进练习方法呢？老师辅导时说一般一周内就可掌握亚麻注音，我联系的量不够，还有呢？恕我愚钝，请老师多指点，谢谢！

练习的不错，建议刚开始练习压码听清的学员都象yunger这样一天练习一课课文的压码注音。每天写练习日记的都可以进行辅导。不写日记的学员不进行辅导。

看了你的练习的记录，我有一个疑问。你说你碰到了难句反复听，是不是偏离了练习的方向？老师在方法介绍里可是都说一遍成功的。
另外觉得也许你还没有达到听清，起码你还不能压码难的句子呀好象。
从6月份你就开始练习，到现在还不能一次成功，难道是有什么问题吗？
我这个人读书时候就有个毛病，不给我解释清楚的，我就没法下手。所以我还是有些疑问，需要继续得努力去挖掘知识，加油！

      老师说过的确实能一次听清，那是在老师亲自辅导学员、带领学员一次听清的。请你看看以前学员的日记就能了解到。这也说明了学员写辅导日记和练习日记的重要性，其中有不少对我们新生来说很宝贵的经验。
          昨晚上老师对我进行了辅导直至半夜两点！真是辛苦老师了！谢谢老师的耐心辅导！在辅导中，我也想老师提出了同样的疑惑。老师亲自带我检查我55楼的注音练习，指出了我不少还是没听清的部分音节，让我进行了改正，收获很大！亚麻注音真的是听清、深度听清及听懂的关键钥匙！它让我们真正了解自己是否真的听清，我们听不懂的关键就是没有真正听清！ 我现在就是需要听清每个音节、语音，多做练习！
    我虽从六月即开始练习，但是没掌握到老师的方法，所做的就是无用功！当时练习一段时间后也感觉不对，但没及时请教老师，后来老师又去香港学习一个月，奥运期间又放下了，所以现在相当于从头开始！掌握对老师的方法就能事半功倍！争取把时间赶回来！学好亚麻注音真是太关键了！
    我练习了这几课，有些进步，呵呵，但还远远没大大掌握的程度。心里急呀！昨晚也问老师，为什么以前的学员进步很大？老师说，关键是练习的量不可同日而语。以前的学员练习时，一般都一天一册练习量！你看看woo、富兰克林、红日等等学员的日记就可知道，他们非常刻苦，有肯钻研，所以取得了很好的成效。我对他们取得的成绩真是非常憧憬！
        几年下来，老师的教学经验比较丰富，现在老师简化了学习程序，从听清一步就到听懂，而且因为现在是以自学为主，老师对学员要求降低很多，呵呵，不知这对我们来说是不是好事。我是很想快速能有大大的进步的，就只有自己加大练习的量，想前辈们学习！真羡慕他们那时的学习气氛：个个你追我赶的，相互交流、相互帮助！老师说有时都是学员追着他往前跑，教学相长真是得到了很好的体现！羡慕羡慕啊！老师说现在也有不少很好的学员呀！
