Manoj : mere pas paise nahin hain. main sigret nahin kharid sakta.
Raju:  (dusre kamre se) Manoj!  o Manoj! tum kahan ho?
Pratap:  tumhare pitaji ki avaz!

4 Let me go

'Let me go' is  
मुझको जाने दो  mujhko jane do.
The sense 'to let, to allow' uses the verb
देना  dena,
whose literal meaning is 'to give'; it's like saying 'give me [permission] to go'.

As you can see in
मुझको जाने दो  mujhko jane do,
it's used with the infinitive of the main verb. The infinitive ends -e in this  construction (here, the infinitive
जाना  jana
changes to oblique;
जाने Jane),
and the person who is 'allowed to do' takes
को  ko.
