BOOK ONE, LESSON TWO(检查复习体会 2007-11-17)
      检查完第二课。What's your job? 的读音因为第一课纠正,这课通过。What time is it? 发现第一个“T”不读音。
      Windy,Rainy,最后字母音的读出。It's cool and windy. Cool and的连读。Good job \ meet you 中的“J”前面的发音受影响,不发音。


注释2008-01-03:
 今天发现what time is it?还没有读得达标。

  Good job \ meet you 还是发音,只是不够响亮。

AUDIO BOOK ONE, LESSON ONE(检查复习体会 2007-11-18)
        今天一早开始用慢速20%听AUDIO的第一课。注意变音和弱读。在读“T”和“D”时,容易给加上“er”的音,这样读的就不正确了。慢速,一边听一边写。然后,用200%快速听一遍,再用100%常速听着写日记。Here are the letters of the alphbet. of the 中的“of the ”读音像“OB”的发音,不知为什么。

学习的内容:

一、I'm Carol,introduce  John to susan.  Susan,this is John Banks.  John,this is susan.
二、Here are the letters of the alphabet. I'm Sam. I repeat the letters of the alphabet. I listen and rtepeat. 
三、Spell  your name.How do you spell your name?  Ligengbeng.   
四、I'm Susan. Hello, I'm Susan. No,thanks.Ok,thank you.  and then I'm make.Hi,Susan.Some wine? Coffee?   
五、Now a dictation, ...... End of dictation........Now look at the dictation. 注意其中的“C”发音很轻。

        第二课的互动练习主要是学习数字1-12。four(R发音) , five(V发音) ,six(K弱S强),eight(T不要加ER),nine(N发长音),ten(N发长音),eleven(E发O短音),twelve(V发音)。What(T 弱读) time is it?

第一步:把录音带中的基本剧情(信息点),按场景剧情从《作业材料存放处》中剪切,然后粘贴到相关的标题下。把录音带中的关键词组(记忆点),找出来复制(最好默写出来),然后粘贴到相关的标题上。做法是边排版,边朗读这些词组和句子。

        今天在整理文档时,同时听20%的慢速英语。感觉是长元音的体验加深,因为是20%的慢速,就好像放大了长元音的长度。原来读的时候,发音不够长度。比如:What’re these? 其中的 “the”音节。再者节奏感的建立。再者听出细致的差异。我认为最大的收获是:记住发音。因为常速发音,容易回到原来的音标习惯上,而20%的发音,是过去没有听过的,两遍就记住了。比如:What're these?,我常速下更正了无数次,一不听原声,就又会回到老读音。毕竟读了多少年了,所以我想从变速这里切入,改变更正的方式,相当于学习一个新句子What're these?(慢速读音),丢掉原来的句子What're these?(正常语速),就是把最基本的句子,也做为新句子来学习。
      语音决定一切,只要是读音不对,这个句子就没有掌握学会。怎样和过去划分界线。用慢速英语。目前关注的重点是发音。某人说:“我会讲四川话,就是发音不准。”大家定不认可。
        What's 和 What're 应该是很熟悉的句型,但读音还是进行了多次的更正。还没有达到压码注音一次记住读音。这两天重新从第一课开始复习,纠正读音。当时看记住了,但过几天,又会回到以前的状态。需要反复强化训练,如果不会读的还好办,最熟悉的句型、单词反而不好记忆,就象改掉自己的方言。是要下力气去做。
        我的记忆力很差,记一个普通的号码,或记一个人名,要花费上百次的练习。单位里的同事,没有记住对方的大名,是常有的事。我想,也许通过这次压码学习英语,能打开自己的记忆大门。

        孙老师说:压码听懂就是,听过去几句以后,第一句的语音还记得住。我开始可以压码一段话,互动练习的课文中的小段对话。对于引导词,还达不到能压码听懂。

        必须每课学习过的句子要能听懂,如果不行,就反复的学习,直到听懂,这样下一课的学习才有可能。否则越积越多的不会读,听不懂,将会打击自己的学习热情。所以,第一课的课文和互动练习,我每天还在听,就象说NBA球员手中的蓝球,就是他们身体的一个部件。学习英语的句子,也应达到这样的境界,才能每听一句就能听懂一句。基本的发音,必须通过每天的积累来解决。
      我记忆一个单词,常常用汉字来帮助。把单词像五笔字根的思路来处理。“be........”我就想像为“白”。
      In the lesson, there are some new  words. Listen to the words as I say the words and spell the words .Write the words down, as  if necessary ,use your dictionary. Here are the words:courtroom,lawyer........
            这段引导语,我用20%速度听,发现“ there are”,“ some”,“ as I ” and  if (不连读) “use your”,“ dictionary”,“ Here are ”读的不对。

注释2008-05-28:
    今天再读以前的日记,我发现也许不需要,把所有的都搞清楚。
    因为刚开始学习,不太能把握住应该全部的内容,这样严格要求,可能反而降低学习的积极性。甚至为此学习不下去而停滞。一天一课强行通过,不记学习到多少内容,过一段时间,就会大有收获。

摘自《脑震荡的压码自学日记》
      当你能够将一篇课文完全压码记忆住以后,还没有结束。有一项重点的工作要做,就是整理。  虽然你可以记住整篇文章,但不代表你可以自由的运用里面的内容。就像你不能运用背过的海量单词,优美散文,实用句型一样。这些东西我们不可谓不熟练,背诵,默写,脱口而出,还要怎么样呢?一个问题是我们要把这些熟练的东西放到哪里?在书本前背诵,在电脑前默写,在无人处朗读,然后又如何呢?你就获得了娴熟的英语能力了吗?
      现在我们都知道,这样做是多么的枯燥和低效。简单的道理是,老外基本很少或没做过这些学习,我们学中文的时候也是这样(我的意思是单对学习简单的沟通阅读技巧而言)。因为他们拥有环境。
      那么我们如何做到呢?
      简单地说,就是《你好美国》这本书,它就是我们的环境。
      这本书又叫环境英语,因为它给我们模仿了一个虚拟的美国的生活环境,在这里你可以遇到大部分生活中的问题,它的最大的特点就是,整本书的层次性和逻辑关联性。由浅及深,循循善诱,让你能够充分理解一个句型,和各种实际情况下的应用。具体的好处,大家在学习中,就可以慢慢体会出来,就不废言了。
      因为有着极强的联系,所以我们整理的时候,就不但要注意每课的整理,还要注意课与课,册与册的联系。打破课文之间,课与课之间,册与册之间的界限,将他们最后真正联成整体。你可以任意的将这课的句子挪到那一课,随意的拆分或填充句子,加几个短语,添点废话,由练习情景到自己创造一个情景。想说点什么,想组合点什么,让你的大脑自动发挥吧。能想的,能填的东西太多了,把你创造的东西写下来或录下来,复习的时候看看或听听。这些远比那些你以前背诵默写的东西,灵活得多,娴熟的多。因为这是在你创造出的环境下创造出来的,复习会更快捷,记忆会更深刻,这才是真正的融会贯通。然后会感到,你主宰了这些句型,语调,节奏,像呼吸一样简单,因为你已真正拥有了它们。
      关于整理,有很多种方法,其实每整理一次,都会有一些收获,因为你会注意一些不同的方面,随着这些点延伸,你有会学到一些新的东西。比如注意连接词的应用,句子的不同表达方式,句子的替换,长句变短,短而又长,课文能不能提出与其它课文合成,复述,能否以课文的内容为基础进行自我提问。多了。再次的整理,其实就是品味英语。看语音,文字的熟练程度,是否能做到看文字即听音,听音即看文字。亲和力不好?压码吧,看着文本压,听着语音压,一句一句的压,多重压,连环压,多种方式进行替换,这既是个学习的过程,也是休息的过程,空闲的时候,休息的时候,并不会觉得累,享受大脑英语思维的跳跃就是了。
