    我前段时间电脑用得太多，眼睛觉得不舒服。去医院开了一支红霉素眼膏，每天早晚，从眼角放入眼眶里一点，情况大大改善。
    望大家都注意身体。学习比起干体力活，更消耗能量，注意多吃点，以保证大脑的营养供给。

感谢 ligengbeng老师的关心，这几天因为眼睛看电脑过度，很不舒服，加上有点其它事，搞得心情有点烦躁，练习也中断了两天．

现在深深到学习需要有一个平静的心比较好．较别是英语中的情憬压码情景和回想时要有一个平静的心情，急燥反而适得其反而造成最后无法达到原原本本的完全吸收．效果感觉也大受折扣．

越来越觉得<<Hello America>>真是一部不可多得的学习材料，越来越觉得妙．越来越觉得珍惜．学到了很多管用的东西．压码能力渐渐增强，每进行完一课就像孙老师所说的就多获了一方法，提高了一点能力，而这个也正是为下一课做准备的，真是感觉是千变万化，无法穷尽，就像＂独鴣九剑＂一样，千变万化只源于＂九个招式＂其精深就在于实际中＂见招拆招＂，延伸出无穷招式．
