BOOK ONE, LESSON TWELVE

第一步:把录音带中的基本剧情(信息点),按场景剧情从《作业材料存放处》中剪切,然后粘贴到相关的标题下。把录音带中的关键词组(记忆点),找出来复制(最好默写出来),然后粘贴到相关的标题上。做法是边排版,边朗读这些词组和句子。
1. host, show, interview, lawyer, actor, star, name officer, office, desk, drawer, date, minute, lollipop, fire, score, studio, restaurant, morning.
N: Lesson Twelve. Listen to these words. F: host, show, interview, lawyer, actor, star, name  officer, office, desk, drawer, date, minute, lollipop, fire, score, studio, restaurant morning. N: These nineteen words are singular. one host, one show, one interview, Listen to the singular forms  again, and repeat each word. M: host, show, interview, lawyer, actor, star    name, officer, office, desk, drawer, date, minute, lollipop, fire, score, studio, restaurant, morning

N: Singular forms are for one. Plural forms are for two or more. one host, two hosts. Now listen, just listen, to the singular and plural forms. F: host  M: hosts  F: show  M: shows  F: interview  M: interviews  F: lawyer  M: lawyers F: actor  M: actors  F: star  M: stars

N: Now listen to the plural forms again, but this time repeat the words. F: hosts,shows,interviews,lawyers,actors,stars。 N: Listen again. Repeat the words, phrases, and sentences after me. actor  an actor  with an actor a date  She has a date with an actor. OK, another sentence. Repeat. morning  every morning restaurant this restaurant in this restaurant in this restaurant every morning  eat breakfast that lawyer that lawyer eats breakfast That lawyer eats breakfast in this restaurant every morning. And now, one more sentence. Say the words. show  interview show of the interview show host he host  he is the host of the interview show  He is the host of the interview show.

第二步:把录音带中的基本句型(知识点),按场景剧情从《第一步》中复制,然后粘贴到相关的标题下。把录音带中的分解与合成的句子(结构点),按场景剧情从中找出剪切(最好默写),然后粘贴到相关的标题上。做法是边排版,边朗读这些句子。

第三步:压码听懂中存在的问题,后续学习的材料,解答。

第四步:总结
今天整理完成第一册的12课。按课文的要求计划课时,应该是20天完成一册书。实际执行情况,每天一课,进行了17天。水平掌握的情况还不够理想,我决定通过一周左右的时间,再次消灭每课中存在的问题。

BOOK ONE, LESSON TWELVE(压码听懂体会2007-11-21)
      今天,完成《洪恩环境英语》第一册的学习,共计花费17天。比课本上的要求提前三天。按压码听懂的要求,还是需要完善。现在不是每句都能听懂。主要在于,过去认为都非常熟悉的句式,比如where are,where is ,what're,what's.........,发音都有问题。更正成为正确音很费时费力。几十年的习惯。一不小心就回到“原点”。
      我的解决的办法,就是注音。用自创线条,用英文字母,甚至用汉字,调用创造一切可用的记号。刚开始似乎满篇都画满了千奇百怪各式各样的符号。每个词好像都注上音要纠正。慢慢可以用橡皮,擦去一些已经掌握的记号。但过几天,读此篇文章时,已经掌握的单词或句式,又重新注上了音。就象水中的葫芦,扳倒这个,那个又起,感觉十分的辛劳。真做不动的时候,就休息一天。 
      现在看,还是需要继续补课。我想利用一周的时间,按照压码听懂的要求,把每课中的问题解决掉。因为,带着问题,下面课程推进的速度会受影响,不能做到压码听懂一次完成。而更重要的是,质量会打折扣的,原音的回想不到位。第一册是一个学步阶段,一定要走好,才能跑得快。渐渐得已经有感觉,有些词是可以永久记住了。越来越觉得听着得声音是很正常的语音,刚开始听“W”这样的字母都感觉怪怪的。
      坚持,坚持,不断给自己打气。现在脑子回想时,不光有英语,人物,还有一串的汉字,注音的汉字,对于我来说,还挺有效。这样,可能带着汉字形象的词,是永远也忘不掉了。就象上大学时,学英语单词“大学”, 一个同学说,university 等于“由你玩四年”,记忆深刻。

注释2008-05-28:
    今天看来,带着问题学习也不妨。因为不能一下子,达到很高的水平。这是不现实的要求。每天坚持,就跨向成功的道路。

第一位完成一册压码听懂的学员,不容易,一定遇到不少困难,采取了不少措施,知道了什么问题用什么的压码法来解决,体会和进步也都承载在意篇篇笔记里面,学会的英语才是最实用的,比压码抄写练习一遍一定感受更深刻的。
慢慢来,期待着坚持到最后全部12册练习一遍。

其实英语学习方法到后来看都是殊途同归,最重要的是坚持。

    2. Tell me what you like. I like music and the movies, and I like to play golf.
N: OK. Bill, Tell me what you like.  M: I like baseball and hamburgers.
N: Listen again. Bill, what do you like?  M : I like baseball and hamburgers.
N: Sam, what does he like? Yes. He likes baseball and hamburgers. And what do you like to do, Bill?  M : I like to dance.
N: What does he like to do? Uh-huh. He like to dance. Pat, tell me, what do you like?  F: Well, I like music and I like let's see, I like the movies and I like golf.
N: You like golf?  F: Oh, yes. I do. I like to play golf.
N: OK. Pat likes music and the movies. Sam, what does she like? Right! She likes music and the movies. Pat, what do you like to play?  F: Golf. I like to play golf.
N: Sam, what does Pat like to play? That's right. She likes to play golf. Listen.

LINDA: Good afternoon. We have a big problem. Our ratings are down. We need new ideas. We need good stories. What do they have? Yes. They have a big problem. And what do they need? Right. They need new ideas and good stories. Listen again.
SUSAN: You sure like sports!  JAKE: Yes, I do. I like to play golf. I like to play tennis.
N: Sam, what does Jake like? Yes. He likes sports.
And what does he like to play?
Right. He likes to play golf and tennis.
Listen once more.
    5. What about Thursdays?
N: What about Thursdays? On Thursday we do fashion.

Listen one more time. Listen carefully.
SUSAN: What else?

N: Now, Sam. She likes three things. What does she like? Do you remember? She likes stories about people, stories with action, and good pictures.
6. She likes music. She doesn't like rock concerts.
F: I don't like rock concerts.
M: I don't like golf.
N: Now, Sam, repeat after me.She likes music. She doesn't like rock concerts. He likes sports. He doesn't like golf. OK. And now, please answer my questions. Say: "Yes, she does," "No, she doesn't," "Yes, he does," "No, he doesn't." Listen to the information, and then  answer the questions.

      按计划经过一周的语音强化练习,今天开始第二册的学习。因为学习完成第一册后,发现自己对于语音相近的词,听不出差异来,故特别对于语音进行补课,每天只要有时间就练习发音,找出每个音的准确读法。 晚上休息时,听两个小时第一册的互动练习。
      今天,听第二课,对比回忆学习第一册的情形,课文的音型义之间的把握,有了长足的进步,只花费了十几天,多少年的学习,没有能够实现的目标,现在已经跨出了一大步,我是这样认为的。

注释2008-05-28:
    今天看,第一册的学习日记,想起当时的学习情境。记日记还是很有必要的。这可以看到自己的成长路,是如何走过的。当时由于怕写的不好,消极的思想动态,反映出来的比较少。怕影响到别人的学习。现在想想,在学习的初期,设问太多,压码是不是有效??真能实现快速学习英语??好像总想搞清楚,压码法的原理,然后才愿意去学习与应用。不尝李子,不知其味。用起来再说,不管它有用没有用,反正每天都要学习英语。有一个方法用用,总比没有方法要强。这样想就会把精力,用在英语学习实践上,而不是总是钻研方法,站在“原点”不出发。
    方法和技巧是拐杖,都是为了走长路、走难路而借用。抓住压码这个方法,坚信它必胜,每天按步就班去做。就一定能成功。


注释2008-07-28:
    想学习的初期,把大量的精力,都学习别人的文章上。东看西瞧,一天下来,学习的有效时间很少。每天用于整理文本,也没有同步听力,所以效率也很低。

孙老师:您好!

        老师,请教一个问题,最近我家中的电脑,其他的网站浏览很正常,一直很难登录压码论坛网站,不知其他学员是否有这样的情况。有时一天试无数次,一次也不成功。偶尔登录成功后很容易掉线,提示:“找不到服务器”。
