“压码注音最大的好处就是可以像钟表一样按个发条就一直不停地,按照程序转下去。”  严格按照孙老师教的方法进行。

      今天把第一册的十二课复习一遍,听着,跟读。感觉到舌头有点听指挥了。说实在的,刚开始,连GOOD MORNING都说不像。为什么学到第二册又回到第一册复习。因为如果不能专注地去学习,就只有复习还有效果。新课学习效率不高,需要静下来全心全意去学。假日里家里总有些事情要做。

         看自己慢腾腾的学习进度,深感惭愧。孙老师为大家从早忙到深夜,结果累病多次,这次生病更重,住院已经两周。我在学习方法上总是东跑西奔,不能真切领会孙老师的教导。加上以前的旧习惯的势力,学习总不上路。压码语音,文本,理解。压不住体现在:语音压不住,语音滑走抓不住。文本压不住,不能闪现出文本。理解压不住,不能理解意思。

2009-01-05压码注音体会第三册 LESSON 3 IS THAT YOUR SPECLAL DINNER I SMELL?
       早晨起来听几遍80%第三册第二课,跟读。发现,因为近期20%的速度听多了,已经习惯于慢速说话,听80%的速度,跟读就会感觉到不太适应。早期听慢速感觉到慢得让人心慌。现在对于慢速习惯了,对于中速应该开始训练。我在想在平时的学习中,如何把慢速、中速 和快速三个速度结合练习的问题。要把听什么速度,都感觉很正常,今天三种速度都听听,就感觉好多 了。看来要适应各种速度。还要适应各种口音。第一步慢速20%(因人不同)的速度注音记忆。第二步中速80%(因人不同)的速度跟读理解。第三步快速200%(因人不同)的速度闪现文本。
            怎样知道这一课学习已经达到目标?用什么标准来检验?用第三步的,通过达标。

2009-01-05注音体会第三册LESSON 4 YOU WEREN'T HERE YESTERDAY.
        看着文本,听着语音,感觉到熟悉。大部分的内容都是理解的。但离开文本,单独听时,可能只是声音熟悉,但内容就不知在说什么。看着文本,能够理解,但如果自己去写这段话,用中文写,就感觉会有一些不同。直接用英语写,就感觉有些地方不流畅,或不符合中国人的说话习惯。当然我们应该进入到他们的场景中,按他们的习惯来写作。怎样能快速达到这样境界。想到什么就怎么说,然后再对照原文看一下。一句话可以有多种说法。这就把以前学过的和今天学的都过一遍了。现在,对于课文能够记住一些内容,空闲的时候就会想一段,就有了上面的感受。

2009-01-06注音体会第三册LESSON 5 THEY OFFERED ME A JOB IN DENVER.
          早晨一般会朗读十五分钟左右的课文或课后的文本。今天感觉到朗读的速度快一些。朗读时还是信心不足,但有很大的改观。一开始学习英语,十五分钟是朗读不了一课。总想停下来,这个词读得不对,那个词读得不好。整个身体都紧绷着,读得不仅是精神累,身体也感觉到累。气不够用。现在每课中的这样的单词越来越少了。语音开始固定。朗读有点放松感,但还没有达到很好的放松。放松是一个很重要的指标。小孩子学习时,就是很放松的状态,随便你讲什么,他听什么,不加分析,不加推敲,不加抵制,只管听着。随着年令的递增,学习中的杂想,形成太多的干扰波。如果能做到,像蓝天上一朵白云,无牵无挂,学习就上路了。
        目前,干扰最多是最后一个字母是否发音,比如,遇到T或D,就想是否发音,没有注意刚才他(她)说这句话时,是否发音,倒回去再听一遍,是常有的事情。想到孙裕亭老师说,一按键,就一直听下去,不要停。我想我的做法是错误的。其实每个音都是要发音,只是因为后面的影响,发得不响亮而已。如果我能做到发音准确,到时就自然会达到不响亮的发音,和原音发得一样的音,所以过去的想法和做法是十分不对,会影响到下面的听清,因为一见到T或D,大脑就想这个发音,还是不发音?
        这是影响听清的一个原因。听不清,是因为是各种各样让耳朵停下来的障碍,使得耳朵暂时不接受信息,而是用大脑去思考刚听到的,需要想想的问题。比如想一想上一句话的文本,想一想上一句话的某个词发音,想一想两个词连起来如何连读,等等,结果下面的内容就没有听进去。所以听清一直不能做好。过去还有一个问题,就是十分地关注连读,现在发现,应该关注一个音节,可以把单词分为几个音节来处理。比如,EXPECT,EX单独读,就好读了许多。今天第一次把一篇课文听完一遍再听一遍,再听一遍。原来总是有各种原因,会把课文停下来解决各种各样希奇古怪的杂事。今天没有问题让我停下来,只有听音。

         监考时,因为只能来回走,我就想前面三册学过的课文内容,东一榔头西一棒子,这篇课文想起几句,另一篇课文又想起几句。下午监考二个小时,想个不停,非常高兴。想起孙裕亭老师给我说过的,“学习到某一天,会几个小时,乐此不疲地说话,说着课文里的句子。” 今天我第一次体会到。我知道,学习是要高强度突击一个时间段。过去的一年来,我的学习,是没有一次很好地从头听到尾,半路上就结束常有,就算听着,想着其他事情。总之,昨天才第一次把课文从头听到尾,没有给自己提问题,去找答案中途退场。以前的学习都是不到位的,也就是从负值开始,到昨天才接近零起点。那么我的学习,应该从今天算起,从头做起。我想就从今年一月一日算起,我的压码法真正开始进入学习。在这之前,都是在克服自己三十年来养成的坏毛病,用去了一年多的时间。当然按孙老师的要求看,我想还有一些毛病,需要改正。
