昨天和今天教训了弟弟一顿，快气死拉，要辅导他的关系，所以我的英语时间又少拉，因为他也快要考小学升中考试。昨天读了39篇，感觉暂时没有变化。
today and yesterday, i am very angry with my brother ,because he doesn't try his best to study,and the exam to the middle school will come very soon ,so i should help him ,even though this may reduce my time to study english.
yesterday, i have read 39 pieces of newspaper,the feeling just like the day before yesterday .

谢谢老师的鼓励，最近又有点困惑拉，新闻在和我交流中，谈到呼吸调整听力进行压码，这个练习我没有进行过，而且我的注音练习基础不牢固，所以现在觉得自己听力好象不行，可能没有达到真正的深度听清，看到WENGYU的日记说他能自然的压码两三句我很羡慕。

另外一个问题就是WWOO和我交流过程中，她是利用真人发音进行跟读，而我是利用软件进行跟读，而在压码朗读区域中，我发现文本和语音两个不是很搭配的，如果一个个去对，很浪费时间，但是如果不进行真人发音跟读，WWOO说听力会受到影响。我应该怎么办呢？我本来打算是先练习好压码跟读报纸区域的资料，再去练习压码朗读区域的资料。

昨天有点事，只练习了10篇。

刚才和WWOO交流了一下，文件有两个的,在"点击播报"处为分隔线，看来我真是不是普通的笨。刚才初步试了跟读一下真人的，感觉也不是太难，还可以跟上。
WWOO先用脱口秀扫生词,跟读,差不多时,再听原音。我是继续读报纸还是跳到压码朗读区域那里练习呢？

thanks for mr sun's supporting,i feel confuse recently,during the communication with xinwen,we talk about the relation between breath and follow yard listening,i never excise it ,and i think i am not do well in the practice that note the chang of sound .so it seem that my listening is not very good,maybe my capability of listening still need to improve .

anther question is found during the communication with wwoo ,she reads follow the person ,but i follow the sofeware .and in the area of follow yard reading,some taxt is not match the media,it maybe waste of time to find the right one .if not pratise with the real sound ,the listening maybe not good .what should i do? in my plan ,i deside to practice the neespaper firstly ,and then to the follow yard reading .

because there is something to done ,i just read 10 pieces of newspaper.


after communication with wwoo,i finally know how to divide the text that combine together,oh,so fool am i !reading some taxt follow the real person,i find it is not very difficult.

wwoo will use the sofeware to recognise the pronouce of new words,and then read follow by the real person.what should i pratice first ,newspaper or follow reading ?

我还是决定先把报纸这方面练习好，因为难得现在有感觉，老师126页的报纸资料我只练习到13页，如果真的累了或者没有感觉我就转去压码朗读区域练习，哈哈，因为我现在自己的目标是要增加词汇量。

虽然现在听力可能深度不够，但是我觉得只要有机会再旁听一下，压码听清，问题应该很容易解决。而且在练习150速度跟读报纸的时候，其实是运用到一口气，这是很自然的过程，现在的一口气感觉比较熟练拉。而且今天尝试跟读真人发音，都觉得不是很难跟，可能自己平时都是150速度习惯拉。所以对练习听力还有点信心的。

今天读了32篇报纸。

decide to pratice reading the newspaper first, because i feel good at it right now.and the pages   of the newspaper here are 126,i just have read 13pages. if i feel tired in reading newspaper ,i will pratice others,and i know my aim is to increase the number of the new words.
even though my listening is not very good now ,and i think this problem will be solved after mr sun's lesson .during the process of reading newspaper,i use the one-breath method very naturally.today i try to read follow the real person's sound and i think it is not very difficult to do it maybe by the reason that i alway pratice in 150 speed.overall,i think i can do well in listening.
i have read 32pieces of newspaper today .

追寻愉悦的感觉
还记得枫叶以前不能理解时候前后变化的感觉吗？她写了一篇在黑纸上面要看到白点，在白纸上面要看到黑点的转载文章，一下子就发生了逆转。就是要不断发现自己的长处，然后找到这种感觉不断拓展，将这种感觉应用到不同场合。
126页已经学会了13页，就是接近300篇文章了，这是一个了不起的进步，一天可以学习30篇的速度了，就是说在有10天就可以再学前面两个月的内容了，在我们学员里面还是第一人。已经几年时间了，由于没有人能够进入到第五阶段，所以第五阶段的方法你只是第一人开始练习和接受辅导，这是很大的突破。wwoo和红牛世后来接受辅导的，只要辅导10次就可以练习第五阶段读报纸了，这是集体的进步，你有了新的练习伙伴，已经不再孤军奋战了，同时新学员总是会有新的突破，对于逆来说不是压力而是动力，又有可以奋斗的目标了。你还可以继续旁听更深入的辅导，以后的学习又要容易了。这就是同样问题乐观的思维方式。
英文写作练习不错。读报纸可以自然学会单词，速度比查字典快多了。一定还会有不能理解的，这个没有问题，细心体验一天学到的新知识，这就是快乐的感觉。一篇文章不用全部理解，只用理解的部分就能写出归纳出来的学习笔记和体会。对吧，这就是自然吸收英语的学习方式。
还有，既有报纸，又有语音，这还是好事。而不是增加了负担和压力。当你一天阅读大量文章以后，英语思维一定会接连不断，将感觉即使写下来，这种感觉可以扩散的，可以传染其他学员的。听清是一种感觉，理解也是一种感觉。当你晚上听语音，白天就会达到完全理解的感觉，有了一次感觉就会理解所有。这时候，只要自己进行归纳总结，就会改写英文了。即使说，又是写。感觉了简单的语言，感觉都是简单的。保持好这种感觉！

今天读了21篇，呵呵，我自己没有意识是第5阶段的，反正我现在对报纸感觉还有兴趣，就这样练习拉，其他不行的就慢慢补，还有语音虽然很好，但是我现在追求的是量，所以语音可能会听得少些。

今天练习了42篇，感觉今天精神不是很集中，效果也不好，可能有就业的压力，还有不知道自己什么时候才能结束，真怕做得不好对不起老师。虽然有烦恼，但是我会坚持，因为我现在不怕说出自己心中的感受。

从你的英语写的日记已经可以看出了学习的进步幅度，在逐步突破量的同时，要追逐愉悦的感觉，作一些富于挑战性的试验。什么叫做母语学习方式，就是你学习母语汉语的方法，拿来就可以应用，比如抄写一段非常好的文章，这里有很多让人流连忘返的精辟的美文，进行改写，摘录，缩写，写学习心得体会，天下文章一大抄，要学会真正的压码抄写英语。就像在单位写材料一样的感觉。要想就业能够应用上英语，就要朝这个方向进行努力。
每当我学习这些文章的时候，读完一些报纸，看好一篇文章以后，最大的体会就是融入到里面的思想、理论、细节描述之中，会产生无法控制的大量英语思维，写下它的感觉，写下你学习的内容，复制、粘贴，自己将一些论点整理，就像中文写学习共产党员先进性的新的体会一样。
多角度变换学习和应用，这就是第五阶段即将成功的标志。

今天29篇，老师你上面的文章我迟点回你，我简单总结成两点，我知道老师介绍给我的方法好，但是不读到100篇和报纸区域的资料的大部分，我是不会死心的。感觉不好主要是受鼻子和心情的影响，我感觉今天还过得去。呵呵，发觉有两篇文章是和以前有联系的，有10几个单词是重复出现的，弟弟要睡觉，明天再写英文补充拉。

今天30篇，感觉鼻子通了，读得很流畅，自我感觉自己的读音好象有了变化，不过数量有待增加，在这里说明一下，我自己写英语对比的日记并不是说我的英语水平很好，我只是在练习和积累，难免日记会出现错误，请大家多包涵。

其实，你们看我的日记令我看得很惭愧，因为还没有成功，写的日记总结又没有别人那样有条理清晰，还要浪费你们的时间对不起，由于我没有系统地听过老师的课，而且当时听课的时候网络条件和环境都不是很好，走了些弯路，现在的人跟老师学的东西详细了很多，和我们前一批老学员有很大的不同拉。真羡慕他们，所以我我读完报纸也要再去旁听一下，这样别人问起我前面那些内容的话，我就会答拉，哈哈。

今天是母亲节，希望大家的妈妈都身体健康。

今天读了25篇，感觉有走神现象，但是读得很流畅，一口气自随着报纸的练习深入自然运用，自我感觉一口气的作用是当你的读音读得浑厚有感觉的时候，理解容易很多，但是我现在还不是五腔共鸣，这个一口气的最高阶段老师还没有教大家呢。

不管这么多，明天可以的话，尽量读多点，塞死自己，我要为英语死去活来

今天读了50篇，有史以来的最高记录，其实感觉读报纸嘛，虽然当天没有变化，但是第2天就会感觉自己读得不一样，所以只管吸收，尽量的吸收多些报纸，是我所要争取的，我相信量变到质变。

老师不知道怎样，很担心，在他的效果日记又没有回复。

今天极度的堕落，只读了6篇，因为男主角太好看，把电视剧又粗略了看了一次，晚上交我弟弟数学，我的教学方式是让他方方面面都很贯通。不过我发觉有个奇怪的地方，就好象如果你隔天没有怎么练习的话，那读音好象又有变化，好象浑厚拉，依稀记得上次隔了两天没有读也是这种现象。希望明天能够振作。不写英文拉，弟弟睡觉拉。good night ,everybody

今天23篇，因为每篇都很长，感觉读音状态有些不稳定，不是一直都那么浑厚。有个不幸的消息，就是学校规定论文还要增加字数，真的是太讨厌拉。可能明天读不了报纸

老师，不知道为什么，最近几天都不是很想学习，感觉有点累，下一步就是打算先把报纸读完，喉咙发炎就是不好，都吊了3天的针，还要去看病，烦死拉，今天尝试读一下报纸，老师你不用担心我的，状态不好，感觉读报纸很吃力。
