从晚7点到11：30辅导压码纵向法共计练习了145个单词。
方法：1。将第二册11课文的单词表复制粘贴到英文通软件。
2。练习第一个生词laugh查lollins字典。
3。复制单词到word文件。
4。粘贴单词到英文通软件建立层次结构。
5。朗读单词，查第一个句子中出现的第一个生词。
6。朗读到全部理解一个单词为止返回上级。遇到不会的单词继续查找，直道全部单词返回为止。
进步：1、朗读速度较快，只用了4个多小时就朗读了100多个单词页，朗读基本过关、流利，对于这样的基础练习到这里说明进步幅度很大。
2、前面每个单词的一个词条都无法走动，到后面已经比较流利自如。
3、一次学会了纵向法朗读的方法和程序，并且学会了使用英文通建立层次结构的方法。
4、按照辅导的方法和程序已经可以自己练习剩余没有返回的部分。作为这几天的练习作业。
存在的问题：
长江水今天由于英语基础较低，白天等了一天以为今天有事不来了，直道晚7点才到。由于单词量较少，很多基本单词不会，出现了只进不退现象，联系了140多个单词没有返回。方法已经学会，要达到大声朗读直道全部返回为止。
