内容：中级4册第四课文及练习
过程：课文分别以２００%，８０% 1００％压码听各一遍，１３０％看听二遍（约１０分钟），在之后用几分钟时间朗读课文一遍，之后100% 做练习一遍（1０分钟）。
一开始就用２００％的速度听后有很多句子感觉到没有听清，速度快，能压住回忆的句子几乎没有．呵呵，所以说，慢有慢的好处．２个小时后回忆如下课文内容：
