听了,感觉不错。
我对付失眠的办法和它类似,不同的是:
我没有想那么多,晚上10点上床,平躺,深吸~~深呼~~~
吸气时想“吸”音,呼气时想“呼”音;
也可以双手捂耳,聆听自己呼吸的声音~~就像海浪的拍子~~睡着了......

催眠的花园一直是过去对付英语学习中烦恼的一个灵丹妙药,半小时解决一切烦恼。我昨天心情不好,所以就又翻出来了,问题当然也迎刃而解了。
昨天我看着有学员好像在情绪上出现问题了,又不好直接回复,所以就发了这个语音和文本,希望对大家有用。
